I ordered Publisher 2016 they sent a link for Office Professional and a used activation code. Thier email is canned responses, the Chat feature on thier web site doesn't work and the phone option says its disconnected... I think they are scamming everyone that buys from them and the positive reviews are paid for by them. Thier website says they have a 4.8 Google review but you cant find them on google to review so that's BS.

I need to rectify my past review.
They are only late to reply, but correct.

The product was not the one I was thinking, so I asked a refund and I got it.

I never received my link! Paid in full, everything cleared. Yet to this day, I still have no software. These people are scammers. They take your money but don't send you anything. Didn't but anything from them.

I ordered 2021 Version of Publisher, you showed that it was sent out, but I have not received it. I have attempted to contact you through your website with no results

I am an I.T. technician and business owner of 30 YEARS. Long story short, this company is a complete SCAM. They are far from being certified by any company, let alone Microsoft. STAY AWAY.

Scam, i attempted to purchase windows 11. They double charged my card and never sent a passkey. had to call my credit card company to reverse the transaction.

To whom it is a concern! I ordered a software in GOOD FAITH, paid for the product! The product (key) certainly does not work...written about it to the company to get help and to the day received no satisfaction. I worked hard for my money. I need positive resolution before I take the next step. Please measure up to your advertised standard!

Like many folks I'm looking for an affordable version of Publisher to replace the soon discontinued one (such a bummer) Found Software Depot, saw okay reviews, purchased. Never received the key, only auto responses. Realized it was a scam after reading here and deeper reviews of people not getting the key. Requested chargeback immediately and new CC from bank. Don't bother requesting refund from these scammers.

I ordered Publisher 2021 four days ago, and got an immediate confirmation that "they were working on it," and would get it to me soon. It's been days, and I've yet to receive the software - no link, no instructions. After two emails letting them know I didn't receive the software, with no responses, I have now asked for a refund. Next step is to find someone official to report this to. I've never had something like this happen before. I read reviews, and the reviews seemed generally positive. Let this one save someone else - do not trust this company to come through.

I have been looking for a standalone copy of MS Publisher (which Microsoft is stupidly removing from existence) and saw a 2016 version being offered on Softwaredepot for $51. I wondered if it might be too good to be true but they have good reviews and I saw nothing that was raising a red flag, so I went ahead and ordered it. I received the email with download link and instructions within a few minutes, but when I went to open it I realised that what they'd sent me was a full MS Office Pro 2016, *not* just Publisher. I already have Office 2024 and, of course, you can't have two versions of Office. I didn't want to replace my more current version for one 8 years older just to get Publisher. I contacted their customer service via email to let them know I'd been sent the wrong software link. After a couple back and forth exchanges, the rep told me that they'd actually sold their "last" Publisher (key, presumably) and so were "upgrading" me to Office with Publisher instead. It took several more days of back and forth emails to convince the rep that I do not want Office, JUST Publisher. Finally they relented and offered a full refund, which took about a week to process. The only reason they're getting a second star is that I did receive the refund, eventually. Extremely poor business practice to "upgrade" what someone thought they were purchasing without making it *fully* clear upfront that they no longer had the item as described but could offer another item or refund the purchase.

For the last five years, I have used MS Publisher and produce a monthly newsletter for the Indian River Region, AACA. Microsoft announced that beginning soon, they will drop support of MS Publisher in MS 365 Office. My only option was to get a stand alone copy. I did that and it only cost $40! Amazon wanted $145…

Honestly, I was a bit afraid to buy from them, but I went ahead and did. When the download started it said MS Office 365, I panicked as I did not want 365, I wanted a one time purchase of Publisher. I got on chat with them, they were quick to answer, and told me that they had upgraded me to Office 2021, not 365. I was shocked, over the upgrade. I will buy from them again. Great, fast customer service, and an upgrade to boot. Wow!

First time I've used these guys. I bought Office 2024 Home and Business. They sent me the Product Key with very clear instructions. I was up and running much faster than I thought I would. I had a question and contacted them on a Sunday, not expecting them to be there. I got a reply within a half hour. The customer service is very good. I am going to be using them exclusively going forward. And it's so nice being off the Microsoft subscription which was going to be $139/yr. I own the software for the same price as one year of the subscription. You won't be sorry if you use these guys.

Ordered a specific software. Was given a key for something else. Contacted support several times. Got almost daily marketing emails but no response after almost two weeks. Going to have to take it up with my credit card company. Can’t even bother to respond.
