Purchased a single lifetime use license of Word 2021 product via Paypal and, as they had run out of Word product keys I sent an email to ask if my product would arrive and a chap called Emre got straight back in touch and upgraded me to the whole full version of the Office 2021 package! (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
Very helpful, great customer service (immediate and bespoke response as opposed to a company like Microsoft who will leave you waiting around) and for the price of one download I got the entire Office suite.
Very rare to see that kind of assistance in this consumer driven world so a huge thank you to Emre for his immediate assistance and the free upgrade. The Office download arrived in my email immediately after the email from Emre and it was a simple case of following the links to download and activate my product; just remember to remove any old products from add/remove programs prior to download to prevent any weird pc conflicts.
So I'm very happy with the product and the service from Emre and Software depot and would definitely recommend them (and they're much cheaper than Microsoft).

I dread having to contact software support services in general, but you have to be prepared for an occasional surprise. Rang Software Depot to resolve a MS Office activation issue and Eric handled it clearly and rapidly; all up and running in a few minutes. Great job!

Eric answered the phone promptly. Eric was on to the problem immediately, i.e. that by loading some older Word docs onto the computer from a stick, that then newly downloaded and installed MS Office word would no longer work. Eric got round the problems I had, which were that I would not click on things which appeared irrelevant in the Microsoft Help area. Great work Eric.
