Easy download and installation. I have not yet used all the components of Office but all seems well.

I bought MS Office recently from softwaredepot. I was having hard time to install this on my laptop. I have contacted the company using their chat online option. Had an issue with the verification email for my MS Office 2019 download. Spoke with Carl on the chat who fixed my problem really fast an efficiently and I was downloading product in 5 mins. Really happy with Software Depot and would definitely use them again.

I learned some new technical stuff during this procedure, and I'd like to express my gratitude to Paul for his assistance in installing this programme; it was simply 5 star, and I would suggest it to others.

Took 20 minutes to receive the product key via email, long enough to find a bunch of negative reviews about what might have been dodgy practice a couple of years ago. Nonetheless, the provided product key did get accepted smoothly by MS and it did install over the previous version. New version didn't show so contacted help chat at SD. Paul was helpful and efficient. Seems that there were some install instructions that I didn't see that required 2019 to be uninstalled before installing 2021. That done (plus uninstall the Office app) then the 2021 version was available. Paul was happy to guide me through it and it worked well.

Carl was the person who chatted with me. I think my virus protector wouldn't let me access your site, so he gave me the URL. Everything seems to have worked fine, I am downloading the iso file.

Everything went smoothly and after the download the software installed and worked fine. When I did have a question and rang the office I got on to someone and got an immediate answer.

Did the whole thing online. The product was as described, the whole process went well and was very fairly priced. Good value like this can be hard to find.

Anne was very helpful with a product key that MS refused to activate. She was extremely patient and followed the problem right through to a successful conclusion. I have to say that this lady has talent and is resourceful in her approach to troubleshooting. When we started I had already removed Office 2010 Pro so because it was so difficult Anne initiated a remote Zoom session which allowed me to work between two computers so I had access to email verification for MS. I would rate her 11 out of 10 for patience and persistence; thank you so much!
