recently came across an extremely unpleasant article related to this company, and honestly, the impression it left was disheartening. It feels as though transparency in their processes simply doesn’t exist. They promise one thing verbally, say something different in their correspondence, and in reality the client is left in limbo, unable to understand what is true and what is just an attempt to stall for time.
Any questions related to payments or refunds turn into an endless quest: the information constantly changes, employees contradict each other, deadlines are ignored, and no one takes responsibility. And the most unpleasant part is the feeling that they are simply trying to wear the client down so that in the end the client gives up and stops insisting on their rights.
When a company presents itself as serious and professional but allows this kind of treatment toward people, trust is lost instantly. It seems that keeping their money at any cost is more important than resolving clients’ issues honestly and properly.
After such an experience, I personally have no desire to deal with this organization again. Too much uncertainty, too many unclear schemes, and far too little respect for the people who bring them their money.

I learned about a situation related to this establishment, and the experience described left an extremely negative impression. It concerns a client who booked a large private event and made a substantial deposit, being confident that everything was confirmed and would proceed without any issues. However, after the event had to be canceled for certain reasons, the process of returning the deposit reportedly turned into a long, confusing, and exhausting correspondence. Messages were answered irregularly, the information constantly changed depending on who responded, and there was neither a clear timeframe nor an understandable explanation of what was even happening. What should have been a simple refund dragged on for months of uncertainty. The client was constantly being passed from one employee to another, given vague answers, or left without any response at all. It seemed as if the situation was being intentionally delayed until it would simply disappear on its own. The most troubling thing is the feeling that the client was left alone with their problem, without transparency or proper support. For an establishment that positions itself as high-class and professional, such treatment causes enormous damage. After reading the whole story, it becomes extremely difficult to trust a place where such situations are allowed to happen. Even if some details may be interpreted differently, the overall impression remains very concerning. Cases like this make one doubt the reliability and honesty of their processes and completely destroy the desire to organize events here. I sincerely hope that the management understands how serious this looks from the outside, because without explanations or improvements, such stories will continue to harm their reputation. Scamming users so shamelessly is very bad! Especially when we are talking about an amount of 388,000 AED.

Fraudulent Conduct — Venue Refused to Refund 388,000 AED

We rented Soho Garden DXB for a major event and paid 388,000 AED for the venue. Their team assured us the location was suitable for a guest artist, which was crucial for our contract. After months of preparation, we learned that it was impossible to host the artist due to venue restrictions — something their managers should have known from the start.

Throughout the process, the management showed incompetence (late to meetings, no technical rider, no venue layout) and consistently changed terms, offering a “solution” to switch venues for an extra fee, which later increased several times before the offer was retracted.

Once the venue failed to fulfill its obligations, we terminated the contract and requested a refund. Soho Garden DXB refused to return our funds, even though they incurred no costs for our event. They have been unwilling to reach a compromise or act honestly.

We consider this behavior fraudulent — Soho Garden DXB misleads clients, violates agreements, manipulates pricing, and refuses to refund payments. I strongly urge others to avoid this venue and hope local authorities investigate their practices.
