recently came across an extremely unpleasant article related to this company, and honestly, the impression it left was disheartening. It feels as though transparency in their processes simply doesn’t exist. They promise one thing verbally, say something different in their correspondence, and in reality the client is left in limbo, unable to understand what is true and what is just an attempt to stall for time.
Any questions related to payments or refunds turn into an endless quest: the information constantly changes, employees contradict each other, deadlines are ignored, and no one takes responsibility. And the most unpleasant part is the feeling that they are simply trying to wear the client down so that in the end the client gives up and stops insisting on their rights.
When a company presents itself as serious and professional but allows this kind of treatment toward people, trust is lost instantly. It seems that keeping their money at any cost is more important than resolving clients’ issues honestly and properly.
After such an experience, I personally have no desire to deal with this organization again. Too much uncertainty, too many unclear schemes, and far too little respect for the people who bring them their money.
