I have made a number of purchases from soho home recently and I’m so impressed with the quality and price of all the items. The customer service team is excellant and I would like to thank Sophie for her recent help. I cannot recommend soho home highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After finding a fault with my furniture I got in touch with the chat online at 10pm at night not expecting a response, however someone was there straight away and my issue was dealt with swiftly. I have to say I have received fantastic service from the team especially Chloe who has checked in with me regularly throughout the replacement.

I placed an order with Soho Home for a marble side table that I had been eyeing up for years. Unfortunately, the order was cancelled over a week after paying for the order which was very disappointing. Initially, the order was cancelled without any attempt to resolve the issue which was disappointing, however after reaching out to customer support, Daisy could not have been more helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure I left the experience satisfied.
I would add, I’ve had amazing experiences with Soho previously (which is why I expected better this time round). That being said, I wouldn’t be deterred from purchasing again as the quality is exquisite.

The customer service from Soho Home has been absolutely outstanding. The team are personable, friendly and incredibly responsive, with exceptionally rapid communication and excellent follow-up support. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and there is a genuine sense that they care about resolving any query quickly and thoughtfully. The quality of this aftercare is one of the clearest reasons I would always choose Soho Home when buying furniture and pieces for my home — the level of support and service really does set them apart.

I had an issue with delivery of an item which was critical to a home renovation project. Daisy was super supportive throughout and kept in daily contact with me. After the issue was resolved she still took the time to reach out to ensure I was happy with everything. Exceptional customer care representative who understood my challenge and did everything to support.

Consistently great experience across three orders I've placed with Soho Home over the past year, so wanted to celebrate them here. Wonderful service by the staff at the stores - and by the Wincanton delivery team. Plus the furniture is incredible quality, and the tech is on point (so easy to order online or in-store, and to reschedule delivery dates). Thank you, Soho Home!

Good customer service and prompt assistance.

I purchased a rug ( size 200x300cm, costs 980€ and paid delivery fee of 388€ on top. Unfortunately I had to return the rug and Soho Home asked a return fee of 263,04€, in addition to the delivery cost they charged 388€. I was not allowed to use DHL or UPS as their fee including pick up from home was much cheaper than what soho home is asking me to pay. Paying over 600€ just for delivery and return cost and not allowing customers to be able to choose their own return courier is very unfair customer treatment.

-Fast response from customer service
-One item came broken because of mishandling of the shipping company and replacement piece was sent quickly
-Had problem with customs to return the broken piece, but Soho resolved the case

Soho home is our go to for interiors. Chloe in customer service has gone above and beyond chasing up orders, offering advice and helping to resolve any issues. 10/10 on all counts thank you.
