Our new kitchen is just finished. We are thrilled and it's amazing! Thoroughly impressed with everything from start to finish. We changed bits and pieces, and went backwards and forwards to the showroom probably too many times for the staff, but they were always so accommodating. We'd visited lots of other brands to compare but we didn't feel the quality was comparable to what SOKB could do. Now it's in, the plans astonishingly look exactly like the finished article; Jim even put the colour of the walls and floor we'd planned, and put our own table into the plans of an extension that wasn't even built! We used our own builders to fit the kitchen, and the partnership between them and SOKB worked really well with Jim proving to be a mine of information with any queries. I would not hesitate to recommend SOKB. Thank you Jim, James, Hannah and Grace for making everything so easy!

I absolutely love my kitchen from SOKB. Every step of the way, the team were helpful, patient, professional and offered advice when asked. They never let us wait weeks for info, they always kept us up to date with the process. We now have an amazing kitchen which looks better than I imagined. Would definitely recommend them!

From my first contact with Hannah, to then designing the kitchen with Jim, and finally my dealings with Martin (if there's a better kitchen fitter out there i'd be surprised), I cannot stress how impressed I am with you all.

My wife and I have been together for 37 years and we've never had the luxury of a really nice kitchen. So, when we decided to take the plunge, we wanted it to be special. Our old kitchen was a great source of embarrassment to us, but now we have the dream version that we have always wanted.

It may have been a bit more expensive than some of the alternatives, but it is worth every penny!

When Martin first came to visit to take measurements etc, I told him that we wanted a "wow" kitchen. Now we have that...and we couldn't be more proud. It is stunning.

So, thank you very much for all your efforts, we really do appreciate it.

Right from the start the SOKB team offered a streamlined and professional service. After requesting a brochure on line, Hannah made contact and organised our first introduction to their showroom in Park Gate. Having visited a few other Kitchen Showrooms in the area we could see for ourselves the high quality of the kitchens and their fitting. We enjoyed looking through their good range of colours, finishes and worktops.

Hannah organised a design session with James. From the outset he was attentive and full of encouragement, allowing us to work through all sorts of colour swatch scenarios, never hurrying us into any decision, and we changed our mind on several occasions!

We really wanted to push the boundaries with the limited space that we had, creating an environment that was perfectly functional and beautiful! We are very happy to say that James totally fulfilled the brief and nailed it!

Once the design was finalised they had robust processes in place to make sure the ordering and delivery of the kitchen was without drama. We were kept in the loop every step of the way.

We used their full implementation service and were introduced in advance to Martin, the kitchen fitter, who also supervised the whole implementation, managing the sub-contractors throughout (plasterer & electrician).

Martin's attention to detail was second to none and the finish was as we had hoped. Nothing was too much trouble. If we had any concerns he was approachable and also very flexible with our numerous requests for minor edits or anything that needed further attention.

We approached SOBK after visiting many other local new bespoke kitchen suppliers and were greatly impressed with their professionalism, their customer service guarantees, product range, patience, friendliness, full project management service liaising and coordinating all the various trades involved with the project combined with a can-do attitude convinced us we had found the people to undertake our new kitchen.

The finished project was better than we could have imagined with the various people involve working to a strict timetable. All the tradesmen were respectful with our home, helpful and hard working. Any queries we raised during the build were quickly resolved to our satisfaction thereby reducing the anxiety that can sometimes creep in when a build is underway.

We would have no hesitation in recommending SOBK to anyone looking for a high-end kitchen supplier who can take the project from the design stage right through to completion with very little input once the design agreed and kitchen space surveyed.
