Awful Experience
I spent an hour on the website, super excited about picking out the most highly rated products. I placed my order and it was cancelled by Soko Glam days later. I sent an email asking for help and was brushed off with a generic response. I spent more time to re-place my order and they cancelled it again. I sent another email to ask why and was ignored. HORRIBLE/ NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I really liked the concierge service and the followup to my questions and request for additional products.
I really liked the service and recommendations. I ordered the products and noticed a change in my skin within 2 days. One thing is that some of their products are not cruelty-free. So for my next concierge appt. I will be sure to ask that all recommendations be cruelty-free. You live and you learn.

I had an order that was claimed "delivered", but it was not. I contacted customer service and they immediately checked for me what was going on. They apologized and sent me another package and gave me some points as well!

Didn't tell me the full shipping fee until ordered
I was excited to order from here because I love K-Beauty. I am in Canada and thought it wasn't too expensive considering the shipping fee. BUT once I placed my order, it told me that not only was I charged $8.50 for shipping, I was also charged $9.27 for my province as well. I didn't know that I was getting charged both fees as it never told me!

Lied about shipping date, late gift missing items.
I ordered a number of sheet masks for my sister's birthday. After placing the order, I got an email saying one mask had since gone out of stock, so it wouldn't be in the order. I immediately responded and asked to substitute another mask in, but was told they couldn't do that because they had already shipped the order, so if I wanted the additional mask I'd have to pay a second shipping fee. Cut to my sister's birthday the next week, when she didn't even have the package. I checked the tracking information and it didn't ship until three days AFTER they told me it had. Super frustrating customer service, will not be using again.
Not a great experience
Not a great experience. They take forever to ship a product to Europe (more than 3 weeks) and their return policy is rubbish (a customer has to pay) and they claim natural origins to their products but they contain petroleum and silicone. Won't be buying from them again. Avoid!
Best products, best customer service and fulfillment team!
I have always loved how I can just go to SOKO GLAM and they would have everything I need for my skin care. However, their delivery had me usually anxious because it just seem to take forever. This didn’t stop me from coming back. However, when my last order failed to ship in a considerable time, I emailed them right away. In the same day, I got a very kind, professional response from Mel and she did her due diligence of investigating what happened to my order. My order was dealt with and shipped the same day I sent my email! So kudos to Mel of Customer Experience department and the fulfillment team of Soko Glam! Hands-down the best customer service I have ever received from online shopping. Two thumbs up! And 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Only good (skin) days ahead and will keep coming back! 💜

I used to absolutely be in love with this website, however it takes them FOREVER to restock their products. Every time I find something that I want to buy, it always has the same message on the "Add to Cart" tab, which is the annoying, "Email me when the product is in stock". One of the products wasn't renewed for an ENTIRE year! Anyway, I found a new website that I would recommend called OHLOLLY. So if you are sick of Sokoglam, you may want to try this instead.
Sokoglam Does Not Put The Customer First
Sokoglam does not ship in 1-2 business days as advertised on site. The only way to reach customer service is through email with a 1-2 business day wait. Definitely not customer friendly policies which demonstrates that sokoglam does NOT put the customer first.
Horrible customer service.
They have great product but...
They have great products but they are pretty expensive, I want to order from the again but, after like a month or two I got my package so the shipping was really slow. But a couple weeks I got my package they started to take money from my bank account, it wasn’t a big amount of money but they drew like 10$ or so, and I didn’t understand why because I already paid for everything thin shipping, tax, fees and the products. They never gave back the mine but,
It’s not that, is the fact that they had my bank info and that they could draw my money was scary
Prices too high and outrageous shipping fees for europeans.
If you live in the US, then go for it, but if you live in Europe as I do... It's not worth it.
The shipment here was $40! And the products... well, they are legit, and there's extensive info on the web, but they are way overpriced, compared to the prices in Korea and to the ones in similar websites. One of the main attractions of k.beauty is the great quality for a lower price, but they sell them for a price that is too high, to the point where it's not worth it anymore.
It isn't somewhere I buy anymore, I found another shop that is more convenient for me!
Even so, the service was good, the products legit, and the website with a pleasant layout, that's why I rated it 3 stars.

Soko Glam was the first k-beauty online shop I bought from and still continue to. There prices are reasonable for the amount of product you get, plus you get free shipping on US orders over $35 and free samples with every purchase. I get my products in a week with standard shipping. I love the products they have! I have oily skin and deals with acne. American products just didn't like my skin; they were too thick, too creamy, too strong and dried my skin out. I gave up and only used my acne wash. I decided to try korean products and they have been a blessing! My skin is looking better with every use. I haven't had any major issues with any korean products that I bought. My skin feels so nice and it looks so much better. My mom even stated that my skin looks "glowy" now. The website is very user friendly. If you don't know your skin type, they have a quiz you can take. You can shop for products by skin type, skin concern or routine. If you're new to k-beauty, they have a section explaining what the routine involves. You can even subscribe to their blog, The Klog, to learn so much more about korean beauty. Every product has a description and how to use. They even say who the product is more suited for. I do wish they had an app but it's very easy to shop on their website. I haven't had any issues shopping from them. I recommend them to anyone who is new to k-beauty or wants to try new korean products.
Poor customer service
Update as of 2019: After my last experience with Soko Glam (slow response, lack of return shipping label or covering return shipping cost), I didn't want to do business with them. But I was forced to purchase something to use my store credit. Unfortunately the product didn't work for me and I requested a return, the improvement since last time that they generated a shipping label, but it is poor customer service to make me pay return shipping fees in 2019. I understand they may have policies and revenue models but not footing the return shipping fees only makes them lose customers. I am going to pay for the return shipping this time and get the rest of my money back so I don't have to do business with them ever again and will share the same with friends in my social circle. Soko glam products are great but definitely more expensive than what you would pay in Seoul. There are many sites out there that have similar products and better customer service.
