SADLY, DISAPPOINTING COMPANY AND MERCHANDISE

The vest was sent and received. The vest zipper was not operating as it should. I contacted Customer Service at that time. I explained the zipper was not working and requested an exchange. The minute you say exchange; they will NOT pay return shipping. Shame on this company for not making good on faulty merchandise unless the customer pays to send the defective item back at their expense.

They implied that you didn’t need to buy batteries

They implied that you didn’t need to buy the “extra” battery. Of course it doesn’t work without the battery so I had to go back to buy three batteries. They charged me two different prices which were all higher that they would have originally cost! Very dishonest pricing!

Fuggin chinese product. Vests don’t come with a battery?!?! I ordered what I assumed were EXTRA batteries packs. This is a one and done scam.

I ordered this product for Christmas…

I ordered this product for Christmas present for mom. Got it before Christmas great . Charged battery pack but it only lasted a few hours. The reason I got this product was because they said the battery lasted longer than all the others. Very dissatisfied . Ok then turned on vest and it didn’t get warm it had hot spots but not over all warm at all! The pocket the battery pack was in was very warm but that was it . Now I realize the stuff I must have been reading about this great product was not real. I would like my money back. Very disappointed in this product and manufacturers.

Great heated vest.

Your website was spot on. Very detailed, informative and clear made this purchase very easy. Giving measurements in inches was great and when it came it fit perfectly. Your delivery was very quick. I knew it wouldn't make it by Christmas but when it showed up on the 26th I was really happy. Your website also had plenty of info for getting the most out of this vest with charging instructions and details on installing the battery. Also was how to get the most out of the heating portion, details are good in making sure we knew how to get the temps we need and battery times are accurate. Thanks for a very good product and we couldn't be happier.

As Christmas gifts

As Christmas gifts, I order three pairs of heated gloves, one of each size. I received three pairs of non heated gloves; one of each size as requested. Instead of returning for a full refund I was offered to keep the three pairs at a 30% discount as well as a 30% discount on the heated gloves to satisfy my original request. I accepted the offer and within a couple of weeks I received three pairs of heated gloves. As Christmas got closer I started to wrap the gloves only to realize the heated gloves were all “Large” sizes. I spoke to the Solona representative and was told the heated gloves were all one size and could be adjusted for smaller hands. I was not about to put my wife with small hands into a large pair of gloves and tell her it would be ok. So, I asked for a full refund for two pairs (to replace the S and M size) and I was told the 30 day return period was over. I bought them early for Christmas to avoid any delays for the holidays and I feel like I was gouged because of the company negligence. These gloves are not advertised as “One size fits all”. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Don’t Buy.

the hip area not great for a woman's curves

The vest is nice quality but the hip measurement is snug for women with hips. If I order larger it will be too big in the chest area. Maybe a n elastic gusset in the hip area would help.

I never received the items on my first…

I never received the items on my first order from early December. The order was put on hold immediately after order placed because I saw a big error with the sze listed on one of the 2 vests. The error was not corrected and the order never processed. however, the charge remains on my PayPal account. A second order for a single vest and battery was placed and received on 12/ 23/25. No complaints there. Has not been used yet. It is a gift for the Holidays. I would like to have the cost of the original order for 2 vests and batteries refunded to my PayPal account.

I placed my order and received it very quickly. Unfortunately I had an issue with the product itself. I reached out to the company and received a messaged from Riley within the hour. Riley was very helpful and resolved my issue very quickly. Fantastic product and even better customer service.

I really should have read the reviews…

I really should have read the reviews before making this purchase but it’s what my mother in law picked for a Christmas gift. I ordered a 2XL on the website and received confirmation. Shipping was slow but it did arrive before Christmas. Only problem was they sent a size medium. I called customer service who asked for pictures of the bag the vest was in, which was clearly marked “M” and my shipping label which was for a “2XL”. She offered for me to keep the medium for half price. I stated that I needed a 2XL. They refused to pay return shipping even though this was clearly their error. So I paid shipping both directions on a product that was not even opened. Terrible customer service. I don’t even want the product at this point.

Bad zipper, good power cycle switch.

On/off/power cycle switch works well. Heat provided is adequate. Zipper is terrible! It's very hard to zip it up without the zipper detaching at the bottom (and then all the way up).

Solana does not stand behind their products

I purchased 2 vests 2 months ago. One worked fine so far. The other charged but died immediately after turning on. My problem began in the return.. I was told over a month ago that I would receive a replacement which has never arrived. Several requests for assistance were met with the response, you will receive a replacement in a few days. As a month past I am still receiving the same response. Be very cautious before purchasing from Solana as they do not stand behind their faulty products. I am now going to notify my credit card company this was a fraudulent charge. Very disappointed...

what you need to know.

I ordered 4 vest 1 ex small, 1 lg, and two med. and 4 power packs . I received the last two vest and 4 power packs on 12/22. upon opening them I received a small and med. and I ordered 2 med. the 4 power banks came also on this date with only one usb cord not 4. upon calling customer service they said the cord did not come with but they sent one and want me buy 3 more. also said I would have to pay shipping for the cords and return of vest that they sent wrong size out of my pocket. they took no responsibility for their mistakes at all. all this 2 days before christmas

I gave my stepson a vest two months…

I gave my stepson a vest two months ago. He loves this vest and it keeps him toasty. He read the directions and has had no issues with vest or battery. Has only had to charge the battery once in the past two months and he uses it frequently. He does have to be careful with the zipper. My only suggestion is you make another size bigger.

I had an issue with my battery for my heated vest, after a few discussions with the company they sent a new battery and it works great.
The management is great and will help you resolve your issues.
