Solar Warehouse SA Avis

This company is very helpful to get a sale, I bought a inverter and battery combo. When calling them to get assistance because the unit was struck by lightning they referred me to a third party to do the repair. When asked if they could send it back to the manufacturer for the repair they blatantly refused. Although this unit was just over 12 months old. They were not helpful to any extent. I did manage to find another shop, even I did not buy from them that was willing to send it back to the manufacturer to have it repaired. Feel free to draw your own conclusions.

Firstly the online platform is very user friendly.
Secondly no issues when sending the courier to collect.

Buying online are always an risk. I took that risk and I can asure you that I was not disappointed at all. I buy did buy an solar geyser on the 18 October and I Recieved it on 24 October 2024. And I am very happy that I took that risk.
I DEFFENITLY RECOMMENT SOLAR WARE HOUSE TO ANY ONE. KEEP UP YOUR GOOD WORK

I paid online and made an incorrect pick up location, instead of choosing PTA, I chose JHB and later realized that mistake. Called and spoke to Keagan, He made arrangement that my parcels were handed to Pta depot. And with no charges, I was highly impressed by their service and to Sylvia, you go girl.Awesome experience

Friendly sales team, wiling to take time and answer questions, prompt sales despatch.
Makes dealing with them a pleasant experience.

A good experience all around. Order placed on Monday for two Lithium Batteries, delivered Thursday morning inside their lead time. Was kept informed of the status of the delivery at all times. It is always a risk ordering on-line, but with a lot or research these guys came out on top and delivered accordingly. Well done guys.

Great product indeed my family in Zimbabwe they're extremely happy about the Battery I brought. and it has been fitted working very well.

Very efficient and reliable

The pricing, the constant order status update, the correctness of items delivered and the speedy deliveries.
It all made up for a very pleasant online shopping experience.

Turnaround time was great, and delivered as promised, well done and thanks.

Buying from anyone on the internet is always a risk as you don't know if it is a scam. Solar Warehouse kept me posted at each stage of shipment and delivery. Trust is hard earned and easily lost. I got what I paid for in less than a week and the product works well. The price was excellent and I would highly recommend Solar Warehouse to anyone trying them out for the first time.

Bedfordview branch. Your products are good but your courier is bad. Rather don’t courier panels at all because your courier partner doesn’t take responsibility of rackless handling on panels. I lost broken panels and courier money since no courier truck never arrived at my place. Order #1132. I just sent you proof of my purchase via the email you contacted me. Struggling to upload on this platform

Fast and efficient delivery plus service.
