Joe Kennedy at SO Legal was given, what I considered to be, an impossible timetable to achieve a completion of our property sale, to take place 4 weeks after acceptance of the offer. Circumstances dictated that it would never be a straightforward affair, but completion went ahead on time, and Joe was actually ready early!
