She is incredibly efficient, responded to any queries very quickly, provided really helpful advice and guidance throughout and is extremely approachable. Ours was a slightly more complicated process and we had to exchange contracts and complete on the same day. Laura kept us regularly updated throughout the day which certainly helped to keep our stress levels in order, particularly when our buyers funds hadn’t materialised until mid afternoon! My wife and I bought a retirement flat and although it should have gone through fairly rapidly it was in fact a bit slower than expected - this was a stressful situation and gave me in particular a lot of stress (with other non-related problems added on top) so Lisa White had to deal with me and the problems caused in the process. Considering this she was very patient and kind. She explained everything that was happening and why there was delays and I know she accepted a few things we suggested that might speed it along too. When I finally spoke to Lisa on the phone she was lovely and nice to talk to - so do not get fooled by solicitors 'businesslike e-mails' they have to send.

I cannot thank her enough and her patience and tolerance is a credit to Cook Taylor Woodhouse and her profession in general.
