Everyone was very nice
Everyone was very nice. I found the finance lady to be a little lacking in explanation. I was given opportunity to ask questions but honestly feel the questions I came up with were something you wouldn't know to ask unless you already had the procedure. My ride home was, still is, absolutely amazed they let me leave in the condition I was in which was absolutely out of touch with my surroundings. But here's my thing: I only lost one pant size and feel there was entirely too much fat left.

What they tell on the phone and what they tell in the office is 2 different things. They cancelled my surgery and I have spent months trying to get my money back.

The staff and doctor were great. Angela was my nurse and helped me through the whole procedure. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great service and care.
I was totally screwed by your service
I was totally screwed by your service. Left with deep under skin scars, was conned by sales rep and ad said “1900” for unobtrusive lip. High pressure manipulative sales rep - Talked into two sections cause”it would be cheaper” price rose to over 5k. Had to put 50% down non refundable prior to even being able to meet with surgeon. After surgery was left with major deep underskin scar tissue. Talked into Venus treatment to fixit, this was then another 1k to do so. Did not correct deep thick scar tissue. I was left with a scar that literally looked like someone placed a doughnut on top of my belly button. If I put a shirt on it noticeably poked out. Post op customer service was very rude. I am Now paying another medical therapist over 1k to fix it, and their treatment is working significantly. My husband says it is significantly better and photos show it as well. however will likely cost another 1k of this treatment to fix as best it can be fixed. Decidedly disgusted with the whole thing and feeling rip off for this so called “uninvasive” procedure that had me on my back for 6 weeks. Sales rep said I’d be up and running after a couple of days. Wish I could sue but obviously they covered their but.

They lied about almost everything just to get that non-refundable deposit of $2495
I went in on March 13, 2025 and told my consultant I had Spring break with family on April 12, 2025 and would this type of treatment work for me for this or should I hold off until after my vacation? She sprang into action, stating " you will be great for Spring Break, let's get you scheduled for your pre-op appt."
Never informed of all the risks that have occurred post treatment for me and the post care regimen that is required for months. (actually, I was told there were "No risks" by Daisy, my consultant.) If I would have been informed that I could possibly have the most pain of my life for weeks/months at a time and while going through this intensity, having to wear a compression garment that makes you feel like you can't breathe I would have said, "why would I pay you for this torture" and walked out of the consultation. I ended up being bullied into having the Tri-sculpting done on upper/lower abs, waist and back. I say bullied because they get your $2495 non-refundable deposit before they give you any other details as to the torture you just signed up for. When I went in for my pre-op surgical appointment, I went over all these issues I was terrified could happen to me and I was assured that most of the horrible things that can happen are mostly for their geriatric clients, but still I would forfeit my deposit if I decided not to go through with the treatment. Who can just throw away $2500, not me!!!
I was a healthy 48 y.o. woman who eats clean, drinks plenty of water each day and works out on a regular basis. I do have Trigeminal neuralgia in my face, but have never been diagnosed with a nerve issue in my body until now!!! I can't go to work, which I was told I would be able to return to work in 2-3 days. Here I am 13 days post treatment and I am still in so much pain, I cry all day from the burning and pulling/tearing sensations. I look deformed too!! This is affecting every aspect of my day to day life. Since this is an elective procedure, these doctors can't/won't help you after you pay them their money with anything for the pain, so be aware of that issue. I wish I could go back and never have had this done, but now I am stuck in the worst situation of my life and no one can help me. Tragically, this procedure and its post-op recovery crap may be my demise, keeping as positive as I can, but each day I can't sleep puts me closer to going mental. Please reconsider doing this to yourself. It's too late for me

I had an appt
I had an appt. at the West Palm Beach, Florida location. My appt. was for 11. I arrived at 11:02. 11:30, I am still in the waiting room. No explanation or apology from the receptionist. When I stood up to confront the receptionist she stated she has no way of knowing how long the previous consult would take. Don't they plan for this? Can't they cut their "free" consultation and say, "I'm sorry, I have another potential patient waiting, please email with further questions'? Or, schedule for a longer appt. time? Not like the Doctor has liposuction emergencies. NOT RESPECTFUL OF MY TIME. Treat people the way you would like to be treated. NOT RECOMMENDED. RUN AWAY.

Did lipo some staff was friendly front desk not really. After a few months I notice one side didn't look as flat as the other side called and they told me to go in and they saw it and told me they would fix it I got surgery again and I did not see any results it still looks the same. My sister went as well and had the same experience. I went to the Omaha location. I don't recommended.
The Unprofessional receptionist
The receptionist was dressed like she was going out to a club and noticed I was looking at her rather low-cut dress. Later her and a co-worker were whispering to each other and didn't realize my hearing was ABOVE average. "You see how he keeps looking at them?", "Maybe you should charge him like $5 dollars". The office "supervisor" Wayne refused to have her apologize to me directly or at least write a formal apology. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if you are a Veteran or Minority. Or in my case both.

In April of 2024. I had chest lipo, at the Oakbrook, IL office, with Flagg. Not gonna put the Dr. in front of it. He cut off my left nipple in the process. A real pathetically novice mistake, Now I have a nipple and a dead nub. And I am very angry to this day, my nipples were very sensitive and now one is completely dead.
I regret doing the surgery with him. 👎😡👎
Things Have Changed! (Charlotte, NC)
I had honestly forgotten about getting an area corrected, but when I did remember, I went ahead and scheduled a consultation. I noticed that the only familiar faces there were the two receptionists at the front. I went in and spoke with the manager of the facility, explaining exactly what had happened and what I wanted done. At this time, I had decided to go ahead and add my hips, as I was advised that it would be cheaper to do it that way - having a revision and getting an additional area done at the same time. I met with the new doctor I had chosen, Dr. Hill, and explained to him what had happened to me and what I was looking to accomplish. His bedside manner is absolutely exceptional. He takes the time to listen to you, hear your concerns, and provide you with the best options for the outcome you want. His assistant, Shannel, was very sweet as well. Very comforting. (Thanks Dr. Hill and Shannel!) I was given medication prior to the procedure but it was nowhere near the amount I received the first round. I was also taught about how IV’s work too because I was concerned. Thanks Emily and Ashley! (I learned a lot) Though I admit, I was scared that they messed up again. However, I was offered glasses to darken the room, which was a nice touch. The anesthesia was the perfect amount - I assume, of course, that you'll feel everything at first, but then all you feel is poking and prodding without any pain. I liked the fact that I wasn't so "doped up" because I was able to talk with the team and ask questions during my procedure. Overall, I say that my second experience is by far the best. I would definitely recommend Sono Bello now, since they have done a clean sweep of the place and gotten rid of people who didn't care about their patients. My "dream team" was Dr. Hill and Shannel in the operating room and Ashley, and Emily on meds and IV. They were all equally wonderful, with great bedside manners, calming and soothing energy, and a willingness to educate me on anything I had questions about. Thanks so much to all of you for making this a pleasant experience for me. I received the revision of my lower abs and had my hips done, and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. If Sono Bello wants to improve their services, they could consider highlighting their new service that replaces lymphatic massages, which I was told about during my consultation. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the service, but it's brand new and sounds very promising. I think this would be a great addition to their services, as it can be hard to find a place that specializes in lymphatic massages. However, I think it should be included in pricing, instead of that particular procedure, per occurrence. (I hope that makes sense.) Sono Bello, thank you so much for fixing the issues and making sure that your patients feel heard and genuinely cared for. I'm excited to see the new services and procedures that Sono Bello will be offering in the future, and I will definitely consider returning if I need anything else done. You all rock!

If I could do zero stars I would. Please I beg of anybody thinking of going to this company please dont. It started with a consult that made me feel like they were going to have me looking so great and everything I am asking for would be accomplished. They said the recovery time was nothing and I would be up and going right after. LIES I had my inner and outer thighs done my banana roll and my hips and my body went through a traumatic experience. I still hurt and it has been almost 3 months. I went today because I was not healing right or looking right..I know have to huge puff rolls under my butt that was never there before and one leg its huge the other leg is not so I look deformed. I was told by the pervert doctor who had to rub his hand on my butt that because I have a bigger butt that the fat that was removed couldnt hold it up anymore so my body created these PERMANANT rolls to hold my butt up and then tried to tell me to come to his private practice to spend more money to see if he could fix it. I was botched and your trying to get more money from me? NOBODY told me that this would happen with a big butt. I am getting a attorney and filing a suit on them and will dispute the credit card and fight it with everything I have. Please dont let this happen to you. There are countless of horrible reviews on this company.

Everyone here is super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Miller makes you feel completely at ease—I actually slept through most of the procedure because I had nothing to worry about! I wish I could remember all the names, but Alyson, Elanna, Armando, and Khrystal at the front desk, along with the rest of the staff, were fantastic. Highly recommend!
I would highly advise against Using…
I would highly advise against Using them. Their commercials are a bunch of fantasies. They promise that you’ll look like what you picture in your mind but when it’s all finished and done, they have your money, which in my case is over 15,000 and I still do not have the results I was looking for. Plus the surgeon left me with scars that have not still healed a year and a half later.

I drove 1.5 hours, (Hanover, Md) round trip toll and lost work hours to come here and not be seen at my scheduled time. I waited an extra 15 minutes as well. Not mad though because there will be another place to do what I am seeking. It’s like they didn’t even care for my inconvenience. I know someone else who was ready to come as well but I told them to skip it and find some place else. No recommendations from me.
Still in pain, with no results…
I am 2 and a half months pos-op and have yet to see any results. I am still in pain especially after their pro balancer which was supposed to help but also has done nothing but cause more pain. they keep telling me everything is normal and to be patient.
The procedure was excruciating and afterword they gave me 2 days worth of percocet, why bother at all. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not reccomend this to my worst enemy

I wish I could have rated it a zero! I had plans for 2 procedures. It cost $8,000. I started reading reviews and got scared because I don’t tolerate pain very well. I called weeks before my scheduled procedure to cancel. I then asked about getting my money back. They informed me that they would keep $2,500 of my money! For what? They did nothing at all!!! What a rip off. They never told me during the consultation that this was the case. I signed something explaining that. When I had my consultation they had me sign about 8 times. No, I didn’t read everything as I should have so that’s on me but I trusted them. After all they say on the commercial that they’ve done over 300,000 procedures. How many people backed out like I did and then they get away with keeping $2,500 for doing nothing! I’m sure I’m not the only person who has signed and not known about that money being kept by them! Then I called for the remainder of my money to be sent to me. They told me it would take 8-10 days but it’s been 4 weeks now! If people don’t start reporting them they will continue to get away with ripping people off! Please report to the Better Business Bureau!! If we don’t take action they continue to make millions off of other people’s pain and reservations!
A 360 style loop in San Ramon
I did a 360 style procedure at San Ramon mid October. The procedure itself was fine. The post op pain or lack of it management has been a nightmare. There is clearly no physician oversight or pain policy. The surgeon prescribed 100 mg gabapentin every 12 hours when the protocol is 3 times per day. Then he chastised me for taking them 3 times per day at 300 mg which is what was needed to begin to touch the pain, begin. Then when I called back I got the run around through several office staff and ended up with the office manager who tried to tell me that I needed to go to my general practitioner for pain management. That’s when I lost my patience.
A full on argument with the surgeon resulted in him saying that he needed to go read. The next day he agreed to one thing then prescribed differently.
I never read the prescription but took him and our agreement at his word and took the gabapentin accordingly, but later I find out that he didn’t prescribe according to our conversation.
Then he was angry because I took them as agreed . And he refused to refill, but insisted that I drive an hour and 45 minutes to see him in person for no particular reason, and no a zoom wouldn’t do. American handled its medicine on zoom for 3 years and still does, but I needed to bounce for an hour and 45 minutes because he insisted.
