I belived all the hype and smooth talk, I questioned them about the reviews I read and was told that most of the bad reviews were fake or done by people who expected to much from their procedures, I wanted to back out but was talked down and reasured that everything would be great, I should have listened to all of those who said not to do it. It was the worst experience of my life, it is having major surgery without being put to sleep, the pain and torture I went through and am still going through is with me everyday, please, love your body the way it is, I would give anything to take this all back and keep my little "spare tire" than go through this hell

Don't do it!! I got my liposuction Oct 2023 and I am still uncomfortable around my belly area. I thought I was getting the AbX, quick and fast recovery. Hah! No on the day of my procedure the surgeon said no, "Just Lipo). I was not told there would be a quick recovery, no problem. I went in for the procedure on Thursday thought I could take a long weekend to heal. NO! Here it is almost a year later, and I am still uncomfortable and even have some pain. I had 3 visits after the procedure and was told everyone heals different. They should have made me aware of that crap when they sold me on the procedure. I continue to feel pinches, and stinging. They claimed that's good it means you are healing. I still feel that! and now I will have to go to another doctor to fix the lumpy bumpy belly I have. On top of all that it was 6,000.00 I expected more from Sonobello. Don't do it!!!! It was suggested to me by a friend to see a private surgeon who will provide you with all the details and what to expect.

I am a retired procedural dermatologist. I never purchased this piece of equipment as it did not seem to work. I called a dermatologist in my area to ask him why he purchased the machine. This is what he said...it's great for women who have less than 1 cm of fat to treat, and I quote what he said: "ya know those cheerleaders who just have a tiny amount of fat to treat". That sure isn't what they show on TV, is it? I'm sorry to read about the woman who got cellulitis from her treatments. The women who they show on television need liposuction performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist.

I agree with some of the other reviews they find a reason not to do the surgery, which in my case was a blessing
However, trying to get my money back has been very trying!
I called corporate in Washington state and they in turn sent an email to the Patient Care Consultant, whom called me with the exact words she has used, “its approved, you should get in a month”.
I have waited now for almost a month.
I intend to call the Better Business Bureau and post on every site that has a review section!!

Was told at the March 30,2024 Atlanta Sono Bello consult the fee was $11,000 which I was told it’s for everything I wanted done. I went ahead on April 23, 3024 & had my stomach done first with little results & my back roll wasn’t done when they said it was. When I was ready to have my thighs & upper arms done i was told it was another $1,005 which was very suspicious so on June 18, 2024 I went ahead to proceeded with it. Upper arms were not done & thighs little to none. I wore the compression garment which I wasn’t told at the consult it will cost me $135.00. I called the woman who does billing & told her I felt I didn’t get my moneys worth which I didn’t. She said to do my thighs & upper arms done again it’s another $2,000 & she said when I return for my next visit which is September 17, 2024 @ 11:am she will come in the room. If anything they need to make good on this issue or give me my money back! Which I paid $12,140.00 for what?! I was taken advantage of.

It is a hoax! False advertising. Scottsdale Sono Bello are liars and there was no change in my body at all. I complained. They claimed they took many CCs of fat but not true. The procedure was very painful as they give you a pill. Do not remember what name but it did not work. I heard in office tell another lady it was not painful. That was a lie. Save your money. Exercise and diet is better and cheaper. No refunds!

My bed has finally been delivered took a while but overall worth it, l love it very comfortable and firm many thanks to the two gentlemen who delivered very happy with my purchase and will highly recommend to my family members.

I am giving this location a one-star rating for poor business practice. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I had my procedure done in OKC but due to underhanded shady practice I have been overcharged. If you say an area is FREE and it is in writing in a text message then it is FREE and needs to be refunded. Also, if the signed contract has areas that were not done then I need a refund.

I am four days postop from my Sono Bello Procedure. .Lipo in 4 areas and an EX (tummy tuck)
Evaluation went very smoothly. The nurse at the Baton Rouge location was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I had already done a ton of research on Sono Bello, so I knew what I needed to hear from them As I was pleased with all of the answers I received from the nurse, I was comfortable scheduling my surgery that same day.
I had my pre-op appointment with Dr. Emile Picarella. That went smoothly as well. I had already done all my research on him and found no strike against his medical license and not one negative comment. I also liked his bedside manner. I liked that he was very professional and I knew he was skilled, but I also liked that he was warm, kind and didn’t take himself too seriously.
The day of surgery went very smoothly as well. I was very pleased with the drug cocktail they give you before the procedure begins. They give it to you about 30 minutes before hand so when they begin, you couldn’t care less. I always knew what was going on, but, honestly, I slept through the whole thing. Although I could hear them and I could follow instructions I was asleep 99% of the time. I didn’t feel a thing.
This procedure went so smoothly, that when I got home, I made myself some lunch, unloaded the dishwasher, fed my four dogs, before my husband fussed at me and said go get in bed. I really felt like I could have stayed up the rest of the day but I knew it was best to go to bed. I slept for four hours and got up and went to the sofa to watch TV. Still no pain. I slept great that night

The best thing about this procedure is that there is no pain. I had no pain on day one postop day two day three. Now, on day, four…when I woke up, I was very sore! I had done too much on day three. The problem is that you feel so good, you end up doing way too much and you pay for it the next day.
I am still swollen, but looking at my body I can tell it’s going to be lovely. My incision looks like it’s going to be beautiful. I do have some bruising, but that will go away. And when the swelling goes down, I’m going to be very pleased.
I would highly recommend Sonobello as long as you do diligent research on your surgeon. It is the surgeon that makes our breaks this procedure. I have read some horror stories. So again, DO YOUR RESEARCH ON YOUR SURGEON!!! Make sure they don’t have any malpractice suits against them and read all of the reviews you can get your hands on.

I was very pleased with my experience at the St.Louis Sono Bello. First off, the office is very well run and I never had to wait very long with any of my appointments. My consultation eased my worries as I was allowed to as any and all questions I wanted to and the consultant was awesome. From my doctor to the nurses, front desk and consultant were professional, kind and friendly. The surgery went fine and I am now two weeks post procedure. I have a way to go yet to see the final results but what I can see so far makes me very happy. the surgery is not pain free but it is also very tolerable and does not take all that long. I had three areas done and felt like the whole experience went by quickly. There is post op pain, swelling and bruising but that is what you can expect from this type of procedure. If you are realistic going in you will be fine. I was a registered nurse and I never saw or experienced anything that made me uncomfortable. I would recommend Sono Bello to others.

This review is not about the procedure, but about the unprofessional pre-op experience. I went to the free consultation at the NYC location where general information was provided by Lauren. I had lots of questions which she wasn't able to respond to. She said that I should have an initial consultation with the doctor who would be assigned to me if I go ahead with the procedure. I was told that to hold the appointment I would need to leave a deposit in the event I didn't show. The deposit would be returned if I cancelled prior to the consultation. A few days later I had serious concerns and didn't think I could go through with it so I called Lauren to cancel. Lauren had told me that whenever I needed to contact her to email first because she was very busy,but that she'd always get back to me. I had to email and call several times before I got a response. She said that she understood I was nervous which is why I should go ahead with the consultation because the doctor could provide answers to my concerns. I gave it a few more days but finally decided this wasn't for me. I emailed Lauren my reasons and asked her to cancel the consultation and the procedure. I didn't hear back from her so I emailed again and also left a message for her at the NYC office. I never got a response so I called the NYC office and asked them to cancel and confirm, which they did by a very simple email with no details stating it was cancelled. I called Lauren several times after that to inquire about my refund. No answer. The NYC office said Lauren was the one who had to finalize that. Lauren then states that she would have to review the terms for refunding my deposit. That was in early May. I'm still waiting and I never heard from Lauren again. Shame on me for not realizing I'd been scammed. Shame on Sonobello for scamming me!

Was very painful during and after surgery they give you a four day script of pain meds and then nothing. They said 3-4 days back to work and their compression garment doesn’t fit and presses into the extremely bruised area. Don’t give you much instructions of post procedure

My surgeon Dr. P. From the baton rouge office signed off on a procedure that he did not perform. I had two consultations with him and I informed him I did not want my hips done. Love the fat in my hips but he signed off on them anyway but he didn't do it. I have to pre the post and my one week follow-up pictures to prove it. He said he has nothing to do with that and walked out of the room when I had a meeting with him. I have to deal with billing now. They giving me the runaround instead of giving my money back a simple fix. I called them 2 days after my surgery and inform them that hey he did not do my hips but they had already billed me a day before my surgery. So the 24th they had already received my money and on the 25th I had my surgery. All they keep telling me there's no refund and that's nothing that they can do about it but it is. That's fraud. You did not do the procedure that you signed off on.
Update. They gave me partial credit they still got $600 out me but that's okay. Just remember when you talk to the actual surgeon have him put it in writing. What you want done.

The morning of surgery AFTER giving sedation meds, another Dr came in with the Dr I chose and performed my surgery- being TRAINED. Surgery took double amount of time originally planned. BP bottomed out wice. I was told by SB that they are a training facility so you are not guaranteed the Dr you choose. That was the BIGGEST selling point?! And NOT on my paperwork! Do not recommend!

VA Sono Bello Liposuction Center was great until after the liposuction surgery on my upper/lower abs, back, thighs, chin and skintighting procedure. I was butchered, plain and simple. After the six month follow-up assessment, I voiced my concerns and I was told not to contact Sono Bello for future (recommended and paid for) follow-up assessments. I followed-up with an urgent care facility, a dermatologist, a plastic surgeon and a mental health therapist. I paid over $17k to Sono Bello to be butchered! Dr. F.'s zigzag sutures across my abdomen, above the bikini line resulting in the most disgusting looking keloids my family and friends has ever seen. I have to have surgery to correct the surgery costing over $5,200. That's not good Sono Bello. I will seek legal counsel for this dilemma.

My experience was embarrassing and traumatic and I will never go there again or any Sono Bello. I started at the Baltimore location and proceeded to Tysons for the experience of one of the plastic surgeons. My pre-op... Another procedure(s) (2) that was recommend my MD was added. The MD talked to my coordinator and she said the MD said only one was necessary at this time for the results I was looking for... I arrived on time and was called back later than my expected start time 1030 for a 1230 procedure. The MD came in and stated did you add on ------ I started to laugh because I am like something is going on and the commnication was off and I was thinking to myself... I was not told everything that the MD recommended so I would be satisfied. I must say it was not about the money at all for this MD. Sonobello ... Yes all about the money and commission. Anyway, I had additional financing so I attempted to use it to get the full 360 lipo. It is almost 1pm... A unknown person I believe her name was Stephanie was coming in asking me what I wanted to do and I told her... I thought she was helping with the process ... Nope. I called the company to determine what I needed to do to get the funding... As I am almost done a nurse came into the room, " what are you going to do, we have to push your procedure back because another patient is waiting... Okay I have been waiting too! I became so upset defeated... The MD came into the room because I was crying and had to ask Mellanie who finally gave me her name after she tried to cover up her messy and professional behavior to leave because she was trying to tell the MD there was another patient waiting and she needed to push me back... Baltimore to VA with my son and mom... Nope I canceled and requested a refund. Then Mellanie proceeds to email the Baltimore location and try to make them the problem...and to top it off she kept saying that I look good the way I was and she was wondering why I was there... Well I was there for me and the way I feel... Maybe I was not fat enough to treated with respect. Thanks for nothing sono bello. They stated maybe I should go to the MD personal practice and get the results I want... What did I do to Be passed around like a trash !!. I truly HATE THIS PLACE. That was not the first time they attempted to persuade me to go else where!! TYSONS CORNER NEVER AGAIN and I WILL NOW TAKE YOUR ADVICE AND GO ELSEWHERE!!

They are blocking my review on google...I just had my procedure Wednesday 07/19/2023 at around 830am. And it was the worst experience of my life. It felt like I was part of a saw movie. I have a very high tolerance for pain. I have a ton of tattoos, but that procedure hurt like hell. I did my research, and it was supposed to be painless. I don't know what happened. I was crying during the entire procedure and shaking. The doctor never stopped or gave me a break. I sooo wanted to quit several times in the middle of the procedure. I will NEVER go back for anything else with Sono Bello, and I will NEVER recommend this procedure to anyone. PLEASE DONT DO IT!!!!!... Follow up as of today 07/21/2023 Friday. Seems like my body absorbed the lidocaine that was given to me much quicker than other people. So I felt everything after it wore off. It was incredibly painful. I know it's rare, but this is something that should be a warning to patients before getting the procedure done. And nobody told me this could happen. I was under the impression it was supposed to be painless, according to the research I did beforehand. I know they probably want me to remove this review, but I will not because people need to know that this is a possibility that this can happen to them. And I DO NOT want anyone to go through the pain I went through. If they don't warn people beforehand, then I will!

It's big SCAM! Don't go there, don't sign up with them! They lie about everything and you actually cant leave review on their website! So all reviews on Sonobello website - huge lie! This horrible procedure costs thousands of dollars and almost no results! I just lost 10 pounds and paid $14,000! Really?
The procedure is so painful, and recovery is horrible for up to 2 months! They will promise to you 3-4 day! Joke!l LADIES - BE SMART, DONT GO THERE!
