Soothe® In Home & Office massage Avis 571

We booked two masseuses to the Viceroy for a 90-minute couples massage. Only one showed up. She gave my wife a massage. The WORST massage of my wife's life. I actually saw the masseuse on her phone texting while massaging my wife's feet.

After explaining in my profile i lived in a walk up and had street parking, my masseuse called and complained twice before she even got in my house. After offering to help her with her things and she declined, she rushed setting up and didnt create a very relaxing environment. It also was one of the worst massages i have ever received. Had to keep asking for less pressure (mind you im pregnant) and she barely used lotion so it felt like an indian burn. Will not be using soothe again unless I hear about customer service changes

I was rescheduled four times then when they finally come I was at the store and Missed my husband appointment y’all very unprofessional and I will never use thisshit again thank u bye

Just wasn’t a great massage

Masseuse never gave me my massage. There was some confusion about the hotel room and nobody ever knocked on my door. I didn’t hear from her until I reached out over the app.

Wonderful massage

Can't wait to use my points. I can't ever use the $250 gift card I was given unless is choose to spend more than the monthly points. There is no option for how I want to pay. The customer service rep was like "just spend more money" - can't use the giftcard for tips either so it's just been sitting there. They won't refund it either.

Last appointment I had for myself and a guest for two hours. The guy admitted he left 30 minutes early and I've not received any sort of refund, or acknowledgment other than OK we'll look into it. I provided video evidence from my ring camera showing he got there late, left early and did not complete the full two hour appointment that I paid for and tipped for.

I’ve been a member for several years now and Soothe continues to give great service. I’ve used several massage therapist all I’ve the country as I travel a lot for work. I’ve always been able to find someone and have always had great experiences. The app is solid allowing me to keep my favorite therapist on my main page and it’s been great.

I had an appointment booked and it was canceled an hour before my appointment. Soothe pricing has really gone up so I have to reconsider even keeping Sooth.
