We initally used Sopro to help us address shortfalls in our pipline, which it really delivered on - we were all really surprised with how effective it was. We have 3 deals within 5 months - not bad considering our internal sales cycle us 6 months. Having tried to manage my own email marketing campaigning on my own / small team, I quickly realised that I was not going to execute to the standard I wanted while doing everything else I needed to so instructed Sopro. The results have been superb. I have a steady supply of real leads and the team are a delight to work with, giving me good advice when I need it. I would 100% recommend them. Keep up the good work!

As a small business, Sopro has been great. They have engaged with all the right industries and brought us warm leads. We have quotes from similar businesses and they had no concept of a budget for a small business. They continued customer service from Will and Vlatko has been excellent - they take all feedback on board, implement changes quickly and are always checking in to see how things are going.

Sopro has completely transformed how we do lead gen and is far better than what we were previously doing. It has delivered a number of profitable conversations and I have been particularly surprised as how gracious the response has been from prospects who have declined an opportunity to meet.

We couldn't make this work as a company because of our internal controls and processes meaning we couldn't adapt very quickly and a general lack of participation form key staff.
However, Tom and Jana were highly professional and gave good solid advice to us and the mechanism (email based lead gen) does seem to work in terms of communicating with the right people. The whole system is very organised and the optimisation seems effective when implemented.
You need to be prepared to work with Sopro; it isn't magic but it is relatively simple.
Overall I'd be very happy to give this another try in a different company that could flex effectively to make more of the service provided.

To be honest, I had some reservations about using cold emails at this scale as a sales engagement tool before starting our campaign with Sopro. However, the experience was very positive and the campaign was successful. We were able to get good quality meetings with prospective customers.

Why I haven't rated the service five stars? This has nothing to do with the professionalism and service attitude of Sopro (which were both great), but just that our campaign results weren't absolutely perfect. They were good though and the campaign was worth doing, but for us this didn't magically transform the way we do sales engagement. Overall, Sopro's service is a viable tool in the sales and marketing toolbox that I can recommend giving a try.
