Selling a new technology product into hospitals is challenging and we were having difficulty generating leads from email campaigns. After switching over to Sopro, we were finally able to consistently book intro meetings with high quality leads who are probably the busiest people in America. I credit the successful outreach to Sopro's structured process to learn about our product & impact, expertise to craft a compelling chain of emails, and adaptability to make modifications based on campaign performance.

The team at SoPro are great - super proactive and offer very detailed onboarding and client support. Unfortunately we did not see the number of leads we were expecting from this however we did see some traction and would recommend them to a firm that has seen prior success from cold outreach.

We had been doing mass email marketing on a big scale for a long time with other companies. Yes.. their unit cost per target is way cheaper using other bulk suppliers, so you can reach more people, but all of that is in vain I guess if the lead conversion rate is say 1 in 10000 with them, vs 1 in 40, even 1 in 33 rate that the guys at Sopro have managed to get us. And the transparency and visibility you have combined with the little amount of work you have to do. All we ever found out from our other suppliers were opens and clicks and that was about it and we had to do most of the work like building and writing the emails and dealing with compliance issues.

They have just released an update that we will start using which is similar to Lead Forensics (which we used for a bit to no avail) but this feels different already, it does tell us who exactly has been on the site, responding and clicking on the emails Sopro created for us.

The support from their team of Louise and Marija has been brilliant, always helping us make the most of the occasions where people reply that it's not the right time or they are not the right person. I would recommend you make sure you are in a position to make the most of these events

The cost per lead can be better than some of our other channels outside email marketing too, like Adwords...and this has been constant now for 4-5 months, hasn't been a flash in the pan.

I've worked with many businesses (clients) who have used Sopro and are delighted with the results generated in terms of helping to win new clients. Saves a ton of manual work as well.

I hate leaving negative feedback, but I truly felt that SoPro missed the mark with our campaign. We were assured they had the experience of producing quality leads in our niche sector and were able to operate a successful campaign for our agency.

Unfortunately, the industries they were targeting were too broad, and the size of the companies was far too big for our agency for us to effectively penetrate through and turn the emails into a positive outcome. We did ask for brackets to be refined for both size and company industry during the campaign, this was our request to try and guide better quality responses and to filter out more businesses that didn't match our requirements. This was done for industry type but not the size bracket, this was also brought to their attention by us.

We also had some operational issues where responses to our emails were ending up in our spam, and even whitelisting the addresses did not fix the issue, meaning we had to check spam responses twice daily in both spam and inbox.

The content of the emails did help to improve the response rate over the duration of the campaign, my advice to any new clients would be to ensure you take the time to consider whether the email content will hook your user into arranging a call or whatever your outcome of the engagement is from the first month.

I'm providing this feedback so that people who do decide to use SoPro take note that it's important to ensure you don't over stretch your data or reach initially, and that the content of your emails is refined to deliver the best results for you. Take the time also to check SoPro daily for responses, and ensure you have everything in place to ensure emails that are coming in will land in your mailbox and not spam.

Great service from start to finish with a real interest in the success of the campaign.

This was not my first time trying Outbound Services, but in my previous experiences, I felt that the cost was so expensive and the services rendered did not match the price. Sopro put my mind to ease that each dollar was being spent effectively not only through their robust software, but especially through the Customer Success Manager (Ryan) and Data Specialist (Kristijan) assigned to our account. We felt that they put their best foot forward in working with us and felt they were part of our team - just as eager as us to succeed.

Did a bit of research about alternative marketing channels before coming across SoPro. What a great team! What a great system! Really slick working process, identifying and targetting potential leads who were a really good fit as potential customers. These guys find 1000 new contacts every month to approach, in businesses and job roles relevant to our offer. We'd never have the bandwidth to do this ourselves. We also looked at an old-world equivalent service who aimed to make contact with perhaps 20-30 people per month for about the same cost.
Not only does the automated system work, the team behind it, who make it work so well, are lovely, dedicated, professional people who just want to do a great job. What's not to like. Give them a go.
