Sopro is fantastic! With them, you have complete visibility into the emails they send, the audience they're targeting, and their outreach efforts. They provide a dedicated portal where you can access performance reports, replies, and more. Plus, the integration with HubSpot is a fantastic feature! I highly recommend them! The team we worked with, including Harry and Bojan, is exceptional and incredibly supportive, especially during our weekly calls where they update us on progress and results.

We have been working with Sopro for 6 months now and we could not be more impressed with their responsiveness. In the first few months our traction was slow, seeing very few leads. However, as soon as we got in touch with Simon and Petar they took everything on board and promptly made adjustments to our campaign and instantly we saw improvements. Since then we have had 31 positive responses that have generated 22 leads and we have now nearly reached our capacity for the year.

Jay, Monika and Charlie have been instrumental in implementing and fine tuning our campaign. They have really taken the time to understand our specific needs and goals, and always go above and beyond.

The positives are that leads were generated, also their reporting system is very good. From an account management side, Sophie and Andrea were also brilliant.

The cons were that it really is very expensive compared to other providers, we went with that because of the knowledge base and insights seemed very well prepared, however, ultimately we failed to realise a ROI after 5-months.

I've been using Sopro for over a year and they helped us to generate new leads and grow our business. The platform is great and very easy to use, but what makes them different is that we actually have a team working on our account. They are very proactive and help us make changes to our strategy and messaging based on best practices and performance. I totally recommend them.

It is early days for us (3 months in with a typical sales cycle anywhere from 2 months - 12 months) however the opportunities that have been generated through our SoPro campaign so far have been great. I have used SOPRO for my company over the past 4 months. The service and product support is excellent. I confess it is early days, however it saves me driving around the country in a Jag V8 Sport cold calling!! Becky and Kristijan have been a great help and provided excellent guidance, backing up the Data provided. Not cheap, but that's the price of quality.

We have had great support from Sophie and Simona who ran our 2 campaigns. They helped us understand what was working and how to optimise the results that we were getting. We launched 2 back to back lead gen campaigns for 2 different products. We had many leads and many good conversations but ultimately only 1 conversion. It has helped us to start looking at how we can improve our close rate and we are continuing to reach out to an incredible list of contacts that Sopro has sourced for our target market to fine tune our offer.

We found the whole process seamless from start to finish, all of our questions were answered quickly and in the right level of detail. Have worked with SoPro over the last 3 years and seen a fantastic ROI on the activity. Took a while to get things off the ground, and there is internal work to be done to ensure your sales process is able to work the leads efficiently but the quality and consistency of leads is great. We've tripled the team since working with SoPro and haven't been doing any other outbound sales work.
