What is sold is not what is delivered...
We were sold expert copywriting support and experienced hands on targeting the right prospects.
Neither was true.
All the copy was cookie-cutter in its approach—we know that because we've received the same copy from other businesses.
The CSM was next to useless and totally failed to understand how a service business works.
I would highly recommend you avoid using Sopro.

We signed up to Sopro paying several…
We signed up to Sopro paying several thousand pounds for a few months. ROI was zero after 4 months. The suggested email content (that I initially went with was awful). Sopro agreed to change the content to my words, and open rates shot up, although zero ROI. My thinking is Sopro survive on bringing new clients on board, but have poor retention.

Overpromised and underdelivered
While the concept was promising and the team supportive, including an outstanding sales rep, we experienced zero conversions from identified leads. The one-size-fits-all approach lacked adaptability to our specific needs and accountability for performance gaps. Allocating £10k for experimentation could be fruitful as a market research exercise. For guaranteed leads that convert, investing in PPC would be more advisable.

Much like the previous customer review we were tied into a 3 month contract. We didn't get one single piece of business despite paying over £13k. Not one single client. To add insult to injury they automatically renewed the contract and went on to charge another £3k.
Update:
Thank you for the response. ROI would mean we would have needed to see at least a glimmer of an opportunity. You had 4 months to demonstrate capabilities and as mentioned before we didn’t have so much as a conversation with a prospect. Nonetheless we are circa £15k down with nothing but a bitter taste in the mouth to show for it!
The extra £3k for the fourth month should have been credited on the basis we got nothing for the first 3 months.

I used Sopro for an email campaign and paid £8,250 to get zero new customers. They were very professional, but their campaign didn't work. I pointed this out after two months, saying let's cut the three-month period short, but they refused and made me pay the full amount anyway. Since then I've been doing email outreach in-house with great results. So, therefore, I'd avoid Sopro.

Lead Generation in a genuine way.
When we were starting up Human Edge several years ago, we were lucky enough to be found by SoPro. Their "sausage machine" for genuine lead generation really worked well for us and we could accelerate our growth trajectory. The delivery team is very reliable and customer-focused. They took care of all our "special" requests without hesitation. It has been a very enjoyable and successful journey.

Sopro are true professionals.
The email campaigns they run are technically sound (i.e. the emails go out, the timings work, it is not spam, they meet all the data privacy regulations).
The deep sales knowledge they impart into the copyrighting, prospect responses and all areas achieves results.
The Sopro portal tracks campaign metrics, and the Sopro team analyses these to constantly suggest and implement improvements.
Definitely boosted our pipeline!

Great increase in number of monthly demos
Since joining Sopro 4 months ago, Annie and Aleksandra have been fantastic with managing our campaign and taking us through updates fortnightly.
