Amazing shop

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service...well, I think, they never answered any of my messages!

Placed an order at the beginning of March 2026 and it never arrived. I phoned, texted, emailed, direct messaged, posted on their Facebook page - every avenue I could think of, multiple times, asking them to make contact, and had no response. And still no order. I can see my messages have been read. Two months on, and I am £50 down and not received my order.

Incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Very rude and impatient

Very rude and impatient! i remember someone claimed an item not knowing that they had to pay for it, instead of explaining nicely they yelled and said well stop wasting my time, BYE. If you don’t look like you fit to be deemed in their standards then you’ll be ignored. The mods are really unkind to people, overall very unprofessional even in regards to customer service. If you’re busy and forget to respond good chances you’ll get blocked, just ruins the opportunity if the person is interested in being a serious buyer.

All need to sort their bad attitudes. At the end of the day if you’re presenting a business you’re also presenting yourself.

More than one bad day experience

I have ordered from this shop on a couple of occasions.

To be honest, I am not one to come on and review but I have been so appalled by the rudeness and bullying by both the owner and the ‘mods’/ following they have on TT.

Literally laughing at a customers and telling them they don’t need their order for asking a genuine question. Blocking and muting is constant from mods who are disgustingly rude and obnoxious.

Tonight’s TT live was actually really cruel and upsetting. The shop is aimed towards children and also sells sensory items, as a mother to a SEN child - these are the sort of people I dread she will come across in life.

I’m sure if this is read there will be complete denial/lack of accountability but please if you do see this, just be kind. Get rid of mods or have rules where blocking/muting is only allowed if approved by the shop owners.

They are absolutely fantastic xx

They are absolutely fantastic i ordered a bear from them and it was a very fast delivery they packed it on the live. I have purchased before from them and the quality and standards they have are fantastic I am definitely recommending them to my friends and family xx Absolutely love ladies xx

Goodluck getting a response

Trying to contact this company via email is practically impossible order on the 8th got a confirmation email but it wouldn't load the tracking I emailed asking for tracking and got ignored so started chasing them through email and through Facebook only to get an email back on the 15th to say my order has been cancelled as requested even though I never requested a refund email back to ask why it was cancelled and still received no response

Seeing other reviews now this looks to be a common issue which is disappointing as there products are good when u actually get them

Items not shipped for weeks on end

Items not shipped for weeks on end, multiple emails sent to them, only ever one response and their attitude about it was unprofessional. Chased them for weeks and in the end only managed to get a refund, no items. Lied to me when I contacted them on their live, told me they sent me an email when they did not, told me they’d ship items when I doubt they did that too, said it was lost by Royal Mail but I didn’t even receive shipping confirmation in the first place. Only reason it isn’t 1 star is because you can still contact them if you get them on a live, just don’t expect them to respond to your emails.
