Fast service and awesome products

Have been looking for Needoh toys for ages and happened to find a jellyfish and nice cube on here. Ordered and they were delivered within 3 days with royal mail tracking. Awesome service and my daughter is ecstatic with her Needohs.

Order lost due to flimsy packaging

The order was delivered relatively quickly but the packaging was such poor quality that the actual item I ordered has gone missing (though spookily enough the free gift made it). Literally could put your finger through the packaging and everything would fall out. Very unhappy with this.

Good service

The item that I ordered arrived very quickly but poor packing from the supplier meant that there was some damage.
On contacting the firm, they immediately sent a replacement part. I was impressed with the service.

Bad customer service

Edit- delivered 15 days late, all products were slightly dirty but otherwise fine.

Zero customer service!

Zero customer service! Have sent 4 emails requesting a return of items due to misleading item description on the website. Have heard nothing back but will keep trying as I have no use for the item and would like the money back. Wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing from this website!

Dont waste your time

Absolutely awful along with the customer service. Ordered 2 things for my child, which was told would be next day. Which it wasn't, they hadn't even posted it. Was sat at England Royal mail for godnose how long then Edinburgh for the rest of the time. I contacted customer service 2 times. Never heard from them until yesterday saying it should be delivered today. I checked tracking and its still in Edinburgh which is hours away from me. Emailed customer service again to be ignored.

Incomplete product and terrible…

Ordered a magician's set for my son for Xmas which when opened didn't have any instructions. Emailed the company to send me them and still waiting for a response...

Don’t reply to emails.

Ordered two toys but unfortunately have to send back due to children already having them. Attempted to get in touch numerous times to send back but chosen to ignore my emails. Avoid this company

Wouldn't even give 1 star, if google gave the option of a zero star, i would be picking this. as a trades person the service has been shocking, delayed orders, cancelling orders and not communicating with me and many more - overall service is absolutely shocking - I will NEVER buy from these again!!

Damaged box sale

Damaged box sale.
Got a few things from the damaged box sale, it says nothing wrong with the items and this was indeed the case for all except one.
It's a cot bed puzzle that attached to the bed, the items box has amazon return labels on to start, then inside no protective packaging, item got dents on it and a broken clip, emailed the customer services and it's return or nothing can be done, so have to go out of my way to drag my kids to the nearest drop point, and what return it to have them bin it. They really don't instill the idea to come back, when really I probably would of been happy with a small voucher towards another product for the disappointment, but it's become a massive faff over their mistake.

Thanks you for your review and sorry that there was an issue with the product that was sent to you.

Our bashed box section is a way to get great value on items where the packaging is not of any use to the customer. It saves the product going into landfill because we cannot ship it out to retailers.

Apologies that there was an issue with the product in the box. This is not something we expect or take lightly.

We have asked for the item to be returned so we can look at how the product has failed and learn from it for future production.

Incredibly fast delivery, excellent product.

Very very pleased with the UK arm of this company. I ordered some CollectA plastic reptiles on a Friday, with a note saying I needed them REALLY quickly, and they turned up next day, on the Saturday. Amazing. One very happy daughter! One very relieved dad who forgot to order them earlier. It’s worth saying that the CollectA toys are so realistic! We now have a Bearded Dragon in a tank that looks real from more than half a meter away :)

Never had an issue with this company

Never had an issue with this company. Ways really good customer service and stuff comes promptly and well packaged.

We get a few bargains from the damaged boxes every now and then and the kids always love them.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered online changed the delivery address only to receive an email saying it was being delivered to my home address. Sent and email, no reply, sent another email, no reply. 2 days later I receive and email saying it’s to late to change the delivery address. No apology or help in trying to solve the problem. My 94 year old aunt was very disappointed not receiving the puzzle. Poor service with no acknowledgment that it was their mistake.

Product never received, no tracking

First time buyer here. Products online looked great. Our order was placed on December 2nd (estimated shipping before Dec 23), and it is now December 29th (past Christmas) and we have not received the product. When I contacted customer service, I was told (in a very unhelpful and frustrating email) that shipping generally takes 5-7 business days (but possibly up to 28 days), but they have no tracking so are unable to confirm anything. I am now out $250, with no tracking information about where the product.

We like to support family-owned businesses, but this experience has been quite frustrating and disappointing. Not sure how we can recommend this company to anyone else based on our personal experience. Hopefully this is just a one-off.

DO NOT BUY

Just opened the Tidlo country kitchen to find NO screws or washers in the box. My daughter’s birthday is Wednesday. I am absolutely furious. Reading other reviews, it seems it’s a recurring problem. How dare you sell toy kitchens that cost £150 and come with missing items. My daughter’s 1st birthday is now ruined. You are an absolute disgrace.

Great quality jigsaws

I bought 2, 24 piece big jigs jigsaws for my grandson, 1 was a fire engine and the other a tractor. I didn't purchase from Bigjigs Toys as they were cheaper elsewhere. The jigsaws are excellent quality though so definitely worth a review.
