Soren's House Avis 

Made the order on Friday afternoon and it was delivered by Saturday, I really don’t think I ordered any kind of next day delivery, just the only one the offered, so was really impressed how quickly it arrived. Item was well packaged too. All in all very happy with everything.

Placed our order for a Scoot & Ride Highway Kick 1 'Push & Go' Scooter on Thursday at 21:49 pm and received the scooter on Saturday around lunch time. I came across Soren's House because it was advertised as the local partner of Scoot & Ride (Austrian company) in the UK and can definitely recommend them. The scooter was already sold out on the Scoot & Ride website in the colour we wanted and am very happy with our purchase.

Shipment arrived 3 days early which was great. Nice and easy to put together with simple step by step instructions. Perfect little bed for my 5 year old, we live full time in a static caravan and the bedrooms are small so this is a perfect fit with the bonus of being able to store and play under the bed 10/10 from me and my son . Thank you soren’s house !

Despite having to wait some time for delivery- we are very pleased with the rug for our granddaughters nursery- it’s so soft and well made.

I ordered a baby item from Soren’s House as a gift and there was a slight manufacturer’s defect and the customer service did an amazing job at rectifying the issue. Honestly blow away by the service!!!

Speedy delivery, simple process

Item was hard to find for a good price but it was cheaper on Soren’s House than anywhere else and was stated to arrive before Christmas. Arrived in good time, so beautifully packaged and the item was perfect (it provoked tears when unwrapped on Christmas Day). I would definitely use this company again - particularly if sending directly to the recipient as it is so nicely packaged, so no worries about gift wrapping.

Bought an (expensive) rug that didn’t turn up… when I chased it I received a passive aggressive email stating that it had been delayed (4 weeks), and I’d receive tracking information the next day. Still haven’t received any tracking information, or reply to my email chasing this up. Avoid the stress and shop elsewhere.

Edit: (reply to below). The website did not state the delivery time, I screenshotted the page, and was told I’d receive tracking information on Thursday.
