It’s a great app, but I’m starting to feel like they are trying to get every penny out of me.
I’ve been with them for years and the price is just keep going up.

Sortly is the best inventory software any business can have to keep track of items, arrivals, restocking and consumed items.
I’m very satisfied and it is worth the investment.

There isn't any support that comes with this i.e. helping you set up preferences etc.
Whether using the app on an Apple device or a laptop/computer, the options should be the same, and they are not. "Checked" is one example.
Secondly, the "Checked" functionality does not work on Apple devices. When items are "checked" sometime the status is correctly displayed, other times it is not.
Third, the backup function is woefully inadequate. The developers should make this their top priority.

Exceptional customer service. We had to cancel our subscription yet the support we received was highly professional and very prompt. Kudos to the team at Sortly.

Program works well
Not very suited for small business as the packages only allows for a few users and jumps highly on price
We have multiple vans to stocktake and the users on use the program a few times a month and the higher packages are unaffordable for small business

It’s easy simple to use.
One feature that I would like to see if the product price to be available to high level or management level user.
At the moment price is visible to all groups.
It will also good to see intervention with MYOB or Zero for mid range user.

We recently subscribed, but today we just got denied using the app. And we scheduled appraisers to come in today to do a physical count and now the app is telling us the credit card has expired, and it has not!!! We started our subscription a week ago and we got charged again today for same monthly subscription.

I have sent a few emails asking this business to stop trying to charge my credit card yet they keep trying!
