So St Ives Avis 

Oh so St Ives… what a truely wonderful stay! A home from home feel about it! Beautful interiors and a very comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. No rush for us, slow mornings started with a walk to the bakery to bring back to the cottage to have with a coffee before we headed out for the day to some of Cornwalls best beaches, pub stops and restaurants. We also spent time on the beaches in St Ives with Starla early mornings and evenings, that are literally across the road and then one that dogs can go on all day is a short walking distance which is also stunning. We had a lovely wine bar on our door step as well. If you wish you don’t even have to leave St Ives because all the beaches are stunning and plenty of places to eat. My husband thought the sand was particularly great as it didn’t stick to our fluffy Cockapoo Starla, it just fell off naturally, so not much time on the grooming after beach days, which was every day! Have stayed at sands studio Christmas time previously and now June. Both stays with exceptional sea views whatever the season. Well appointed and fresh. On site parking a bonus. So St Ives very professional and dealt with at ease Totally recommend

We stayed at Figgys cottage which was just as described and more. It had everything you needed for a couple and our dog with the bonus of a lovely garden. The cotttage was beautifully decorated and furnished being very centrally located for walks around st Ives and the beaches. Sostives were great and the cottage was very well presented and clean!

First time we've used So St Ives and very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. Excellent communications and would be happy to use again.

St Ives was an ideal place for 8 of us to celebrate my 60th birthday and Merryn was a perfect accommodation to spend it in. Very modern, spacious, extremely comfortable beds and was furnished with everything else we needed. Communication from Alan, Sharon and the team was on point, we wouldn't hesitate to use So St Ives again.

We loved our stay. Favourites were the secret private access to the beach, the corner store 25 seconds walk away for fresh pastries and bread in the morning and quick 3 mins walk into the centre of St.Ives. 28 Piazza had everything we needed for the week. Parking in the garage was not possible for us (space too small)- but we had been in touch with the team and they had given us info about alternative parking nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay (and ordering sunshine for the entire week).

We had the most wonderful, and much needed, family holiday at Sandy Feet in St Ives. What a beautiful property! Thank you Alan and Sharon and the So St Ives Team for the very thoughtful touches on our arrival. The house was immaculate and so well equipped - our children wanted to move in! We lucked out with the weather, it felt like a holiday abroad. A really magical holiday!

A big bonus was off road parking for a VW van and a Land Rover Discovery Sport . We enjoyed the sheltered but suuny courtyard garden . Lovely comfortable house.

We had a fabulous week at Ocean Scene. Amazing views, brilliant location and beautiful house. Alan at So St Ives was really helpful and prompt at getting back to us if we had a query. Would use So St Ives again and would love to revisit Ocean Scene. Thank you for a great stay!

Spent a lovely week at Figgy cottage, perfect location, beautifully renovated, stylish, cosy hidden cottage with a lovely garden and the added benefit of a great parking space. Alan at So St Ives and the owner of the cottage were helpful with the booking, and attended to all requests during my stay.

We spent a wonderfully sunny week at Sandy Feet - the cottage is tucked away from the busy Fore Street, in a quiet and quaint little street in the heart of St Ives. Just round the corner from St Ives Bakery, where you can pick up delicious pastries and breads, and the many eateries that make St Ives so special. A stone's throw from the three main beaches that the town has to offer, and especially our very favourite - Porthmeor, if you enjoy surfing during the day, or just sit for a sundowner by West Porthmeor. If you fancy venturing further afield you can enjoy a coastal walk all the way to the Gurnard's Head heading one way, or Lelant the other way.
The cottage was perfect for our family of four, modern and practical, and the Den was a bonus when the kids were worn out at the end of the day.
I would very much recommend this and we look forward to staying there again on our next visit!

I spend the February half term break with my family at Merryn. What an amazing house! Beautifully designed, decorated and obviously loved by its owner. We spent a considerable amount of time in the large kitchen/dining/living room when were at home, however, cool winter nights spent in the snug sitting room at the front of the house were delightful.

The outside space is fabulous. I only wish it has been warm enough for us to sit out! We would most definitely consider renting this house in the summer.
The two parking spots were great but the one opposite the front entrance is tricky to manoeuvre into and out of if someone is parked outside the house or very close by.

The location in St Ives is very good, and there is easy access to Porthmeor beach and a short walk from the other beaches, shops and restaurants.
The view from the two front bedrooms is amazing, it is impossible to tire of such aspects.

We would most certainly stay at Merryn again.

We stayed at Seawater, a beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. The cottage was spotless, modern with charm and everything you could wish for. The beds were so comfortable and we slept wonderfully. Parking was a bonus and So St Ives were extremely helpful and could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Would highly recommend So St Ives and Seawater.

Just spent 4 nights in Sanderling cottage
with my husband and 15 year old daughter.
Spotlessly clean ,beautifully renovated property with everything needed for a most comfortable winter or summer stay, The owners attention to detail fantastic just loved the tasteful decor. Immaculate bed linen and towels all provided. Kitchen so well equipped loved our welcome pack also

The Loft is a charming spot, very peaceful (though it was December!) and excellent location.
I had everything I could need for a week and was very happy to see a bottle of wine, milk, biscuits, coffee (Nespresso pods😊) and tea on arrival 🙏🏻
Very comfortable bed and good walk-in shower.
I would certainly visit again.
The only things that I would comment on is lack of immediate parking (but I understand this as it is in a location only accessible by car at the end of a narrow one-way street, and anyway this makes it so lovely and peaceful). Also the knives could do with a sharpen - didn’t cut a tomato easily!

We loved everything about Figgy Cottage its a little haven in paradise ! Perfect for us and our dogs with a garden as well fantastic . Great location , beautiful cottage , everything you need is there . Id recommend to anyone we will definately go to Figgy Cottage again .

We stayed at the Meadow Corner cottage for the weekend and it was absolutely gorgeous stay. The cottage is bright and cozy and has everything you may possibly wish for. I was especially impressed by the fully equipped spacious kitchen downstairs! I can highly recommend this lovely place for a romantic getaway for the couples. Bear in mind that the cottage has two steep staircases and a wood burner in the living room.
The support team were wonderful with quick easy communication and easy to understand guidance. We felt really at home at the Meadow Corner, would love to be back there!

We stayed at Meadow Corner, a delightful and beautifully renovated wee cottage a hop and a skip from Porthmeor beach (great Tapas). The cottage is absolutely perfect and feels spacious. Fabulous kitchen and bathroom the bed is super comfy. It’s got everything you would possibly need. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach at night time which is so relaxing. Our dog loved it as much as we did. St Ives is a great place to visit and offers so much. Please don’t book … we don’t want to have any problems rebooking! 😉 The So St Ives are attentive from a distance and I want details of the interior designer! In summary, we had a fabulous time

We had a lovely stay at Stones Reef, the house was great and with the weather being a bit mixed it was lovely to be able to relax in such a quiet spot.
Really easy access to all the beaches and the centre of St Ives from the property - and it was easy to get out to other local places too.
So St Ives were great, it started with a message to say the house was ready early which meant we could go straight to the property and start our holiday, thank you we hope to be back soon
