Error ridden sentiment card
Ordered two “my son” bracelets for my sons after what has been a difficult year. When bracelets arrived, bracelet was nice, however the card that came with it with the special message written on it was full of errors. Sentences were squished together with no spacing between words leaving it a jumbled mess. Contacted soul sent who apologised and said it was part of their current production. I asked for replacement cards to be sent which has been denied and I was offered the excuse that this was their current production so that’s how they’re coming. I asked to get a refund and I was informed that I’d have to send it back to them to Florida USA when I’m in Australia. Postage would be at my expense which would take half of my refund. Really unimpressed with their customer service.

Great delivery service and I love the subscription written inside. Words that have meaning when one is down. I couldn't work out how to undo the bracelet but worked it work! Bracelet could've been a little bigger for those with bigger wrists.
