Our 'Go To' Company for Blinds and Shutters
This was the second time we've used Soul Shutters after being very impressed with the shutters they installed for us around 12 months previous.
This time we wanted to install motorised blinds above our new patio doors, completed as part of kitchen extension.

Shutter Blinds
Rian is amazing he came to measure up windows, advise and discuss options for my windows. Rian was really friendly and knowledgable with really helpful advice. The quote was very reasonable for my Shutter blinds which I had accepted straight away and blinds were fitted within the time mentioned. Rian installed my blinds and was very tidy, did not leave any mess behind. Lynsey was also very good with communication side of things with invoice, dates when blinds would arrive and booking installation date at time that suited me. Thank you so much :-) loving my new plantation blinds. I am very impressed, you guys are great. Highly recommend Soul Shutters 👌🏽

Wooden Shutters & Blinds
We ordered these shutters on a recommendation from a neighbour and the shutters are fabulous the service fitting etc has been outstanding so we have ordered some more blinds etc to do the rest of our house , we highly recommend Soul Shutters.

Absolutely love our shutters
Absolutely love our shutters. So glad that we chose Soul Shutters to fit our shutters. We have shutters in our children's playroom and x 4 bedroom's upstairs. The customer service right through from booking a quote with Lynsey to the installation date was second to none. Rian has been to our house to measure and install shutters a few times now and he is the loveliest guy. Very personal and not pushy at all. Once he gives you the quote he leaves it up to you to make the decision. That's one of the reasons why we went with Soul Shutters for that personable service. Thank you so much Rian and Lynsey our shutters are beautiful.

We love our shutters!
After much internal deliberation plus help from the team to understand what would look good in the space, we settled on white bifold tier on tier shutters for the majority of our windows and they have transformed the rooms! They look fantastic, do exactly what we want in terms of light distribution, and the cost was much less than I was anticipating based on other (large) shutter/blind company quotes. We have received so many lovely comments from people who have seen the shutters in person and/or via photos.
The service from Soul Shutters has been wonderful from start to finish. Rian who measured our windows and later installed our shutters was wonderful to deal with, evidently very knowledgeable about his craft and keen to ensure the final product is perfect. Lynsey who works in the office is a great help when ordering, dealing with payments and receiving general updates on delivery etc. I understand this is a small / family business and the care you get from everyone you deal with really gives that feel!
A huge plus for us was the fact that Rian not only measured the space but also installed the shutters - this is not the same as the larger companies we contacted who effectively send a sales rep to measure and provide a quote and send someone entirely different to fit the product. This gave us a great certainty that everything would fit perfectly. The installation was great & I actually think Rian left the flat tidier than when he started!
I would highly recommend you contact Soul Shutters for a top tier service & great cost too. If I ever move and am in their local area again I will definitely be back in touch :)

Wonderful shutters
Wonderful shutters, made bespoke with plenty of design options, clearly well made and built to last.
The team were friendly, gave impartial advice, a no pressure quote and did a professional fitting, even removing our broken old curtain rail.
The shutters now keep the room warm and quiet from road noise.

Amazing made to measure shutters
We had our new shutters fitted this morning by Soul Shutters and they look brilliant! The service from Lynsey has been great throughout who made sure we were looked after and updated when installation would take place. On the installation day Rian, was quick, tidy and helpful and now we have some great shutters!!! We will shortly be ordering for our bedroom and office - would recommend them anyone. It's nice to support a local family business who look after their customers!!!! :)

Excellent and competitive
We had a choice between a few shutters companies and Soul Shutters were the most competitive in price. We also liked the fact that Rian was so engaging and helpful and also would be the one actually fitting the units. We had great communications and the fitting was flawless. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend ti's small family business.
They did not ask for a review. This is something we felt we wanted to do as it was deserved.
