Hotel very good close to city centre easy transport to the venue

Bought a hotel package, package included a complimentary drink. We checked in and was given a card by the reception for our drink + 10% off further drinks
We went to the bar and ordered our drinks. A few minutes later we were approached by a staff member who asked for our voucher. We gave him what reception had given us. He told us this wasn't a voucher and the bar staff thought we were lying!!

Never felt so humiliated in my whole life. A very expensive experience ruined by that 1 comment.

We arrived early at the hotel, who let us book in and go to our room, having offered a welcoming drink.
The music event was only two stops away on the underground - so very convenient.

Booked for take that and clayton hotel. The hotel was really good and in great location. Easily walkable back from the gig. And the system to check what we had booked and make requests was very busy.most important was reminding near the date what we had booked and where and how to find details and getting updates. Never done this before but actually streamlined and good value.

Paid over £300 for hotel in ticket package, rooms dated, shower was blocked and had fiscies coming out of shower tray whilst showering. Hotel promised another night stay and refund but all we’ve been offered is £70 refund. Location also not based on venue of concert. Awful experience all round

The price of the hotel and concert on the 27th I thought was expensive for the overall experience especially the gantry /hilton as the room had disabled toilet facilities and when the toilet was flushed it overspilled on the bathroom floor and the top of the seat ,the basin tap also leaked when used and the morning after breakfast wasn’t very good with anemic sausage’s and no toast ! And the staff were struggling!

Great hotel , easy to get to venue in Ethiad .
Would most certainly book again .
Breakfast was great and bed so comfortable .

Good hotel, near abba arena, transport very close ti hotel and just one stop to the arena.
The only problem we had was getting our tickets on the app the evening iof the show, really worrying and spent a couple of hours having to constantly reset my password and attempting to contact customer service which never happened. Eventually I managed to get onto my account and retrieve the tickets very worrying at the time.

Booked Take That the Circus Tour and Hotel (Crown Plaza) with this company. Got good clear comms from the 1st moment. Needed to add an extra night, did it through the app and they also personally reached out to make sure everything was correct. So fantastic customer service!
Everything worked out, tickets arrived in time. Hotel had everything as promised so very happy.

The hotel that was booked as part of the ticket package was good and very friendly staff, but it was quite a distance from the venue and there was no transport arranged.
There was maybe 2 buses per hour for getting there, but that took about an hour due to the heavy traffic.
Coming home, all traffic was halted whilst the venue emptied out and we did manage to get the last bus back to the hotel as Uber was booked out, but it made it a bit stressful to what was a great evening.

Great package for concert and hotel with regular updates meaning everything went smoothly would recommend

If you buy tickets to a concert and book your hotel separately, you have recourse if you can’t attend. You can easily resell your event tickets online, and you can cancel your hotel. When buying a package through this company, you are just out-of-luck if you can’t go. (I couldn’t go because I ended up in the hospital.) All you can do is transfer the tickets to someone else and then notify Sound Travel/Bundl to do the hotel transfer. Reselling tickets through an online portal like Ticketmaster’s site is pretty easy, but you can’t do that with these bundled tickets. I know the response to this review will just be another post of their policies, but those policies aren’t good. I’m not asking them to take the financial hit, they just need to allow for easy package resale. My expensive tickets just went to waste because I didn’t know anyone who could use them. To recap, avoid this company and book everything separately.

Liked hotel, travel arrangements.
Just felt everything was spaced out, we got off plane went into town had to go out to hotel to come back in for travel to concert just feel could all have been closer proximity to each other

Had a great weekend in London to see boyzone and a night at the Hilton the hotel was great and the show was fantastic could not ask for a better experience

Hotel great the concert shambles we had a seat in row B great view of the stage till people who did not have tickets for that area stood at the barrier and blocking our view even standing on seats at the front when asked to get down was told to F off stewards did not a thing when asked paid £800 for this waste of money will never book with them again

Absolutely fabulous package to see ABBA Voyage. Stratford hotel is a great hotel in the perfect location for rail transport and shopping at the Westfield centre. The cherry on top was the arranged transport to and back from the venue. All in all an excellent package. However one complaint. The hotel charged again for 2 of the 3 rooms I had booked and already paid for but the problem was resolved the next day and the money refunded. Did just cause a bit of concern though on what otherwise was the most fabulous weekend trip. I had to ring the hotel myself the following day when home to sort out the problem. They actually put the onus on Bundl for not paying them promptly.

I thought booking the hotel with the concert ticket would make the trip really convenient. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case as the hotel wasn’t close to the stadium at all, and there wasn’t any transport to or from the concert. Meaning we were stranded after the concert with no available taxis to take us back to the hotel.
The hotel itself was fine and the staff really friendly. However next time I’ll buy the ticket only and source my own hotel closer to the stadium.

Travel to venue tho was difficult, lack of taxis etc
A minibus service for an extra charge would be a fab idea

We had a great time. Breakfast was five star! Nice clean hotel.
