Not a gift but gladly will try myself.
It was not as giftable as I had hoped. I expected it to be a bit more artisan in presentation and materials. I'd like to see a little higher end package and equipment that can make it a really special gift. While this won't be a gift this year, I will gladly keep it for myself and try it on my own. I was also very impressed by the customer service throughout the process.

Very efficient
Very efficient, I ordered it one day and got it more or less 2 days later.
The product keeps our dough at a lot more consistent temperature
