Have previously used Southend Smart repairs after my car was involved in accident,
The team were brilliant, exceptionally helpful, kept me updated throughout the process which was really appreciated during a stressful time and repaired the car to an excellent standard and within a few days,
I recently called them again regarding returning the car to lease company just for some advice as before they couldn’t be more helpful and went completely above and beyond,
It’s hard to find businesses where you feel that they are genuine and trustworthy when you have very limited knowledge so have to take what you are being told as best option but can honestly say with them I always feel they are genuine & trustworthy and would highly recommend to anyone, and will only use them in the future

The team did an excellent repair of my dent and scratch and the car looks as good as new This is the second time I have used Southend Smart Repairs and their service and workmanship is first class and the team are friendly and very helpful, I would not go anywhere else for car repair work.

Wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. Work of highest quality by a friendly and professional team. Took my daughter’s car in after being damaged in car park. As usual culprit disappeared. They were able to polish out the scrape while we waited and then refused to take any money. This is second time I have used them and workmanship to the highest standard.

Been to Charlie & Sam before so knew I would get a great job done, had booked my car in for work & when I dropped it off noticed the front wing had been scraped as I was going, the lads sorted that as well for a very good price. If you're looking for body repairs/panel painting in the area, this is the place to go,they are really helpful & very good on pricing the job fairly.

My van was in for an insurance repair, the guys were friendly and welcoming when first approached and explained a lot of details to me helping me to understand the process which my insurance company didn't. They had the van in for 4 days and went above and beyond in repairing the old girl as it also had an EML on which they diagnosed the problem. The paint was finished to an immaculate standard which is a task as the van is metallic silver and blend quality was fantastic. On completion they gave me a call I went down within a couple of hours and again the customer service was on point. Even took in the hire van for return.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Everything was done very quickly from booking my car in to the work being carried out and completed. I was even given a courtesy car! Nothing was too much trouble. I got my car back in immaculate condition they even gave it a beautiful wash! My car is good as new again!

These guys are superb. Knowledgeable, nice to work with, really professional. I had only previously had my Lexus repaired by Lexus itself but this repair was at least as good and twice as fast and efficient. I would also follow their advice on using claims management agencies rather than insurance for no fault claims. It worked really smoothly. Their premises are so clean and organised it looks more like a hospital than a workshops. And my car came away looking like new. A great experience.

I have been going to this place for a long time as the work they do is amazing and they deliver excellent customer service. They far surpass any bodywork repair or general paintwork repair that a main dealership would offer. They are very reasonably priced for the excellent quality they deliver. I went for the diamondbrite paint protection; it's fantastic. If you are considering getting paint protection or any bodywork I'd fully recommend these guys. Avoid main dealership bodyshops or dealership paint protection schemes as they are inferior to the amazing service and products that this company provide. So pleased with what they have done. Great customer service. They did an amazing job respraying the whole side of my large SUV. Unbelievable paint match. Large dents and deep scratches totally dissappeared. Looks like a brand new car. Excellent in every respect. Don't waste your time and money chasing around for lowest quotes. They are the best by far. Would highly recommend this family run firm.

Family run business - I took my Hyundai i10 in to Purdey's Way Rochford, where they are situated - for a small repair which they did whilst I waited and also fixed another small problem to do with the indicators. Very professional, polite, friendly - and helpful - I have been exploited many times in the past by unscrupulous business people - so it was very refreshing to find such a good reputable company as this. Amazing. The team at SSR go above and beyond to cater to my wants and needs. They have completed the work to the highest standard and have been professional through out. My car looks better than it did new thanks to the hard work of Matt and the team. The only place I’d recommend. Don’t waste your time or money going elsewhere you’ll only end up here for them to fix it after like so many before you.

I used Southend Smart Repairs this month to repair some damage to my car including a complex chunk taken out of the car. Sam and Charlie were very helpful and accommodated my needs and got the car in to fix very quickly. Their communication and service have been brilliant. They even lent me a courtesy car whilst mine was being fixed, washed my car and cleaned the inside, they have gone above and beyond. I received plenty of communication, a detailed invoice and they even fixed the car quicker than anticipated. The repairs are fantastic, you wouldn’t be able to tell the damage was even there, the car looks brand new! Thanks Southend Smart Repairs for a fantastic job.

My Duster had scrapes on both front corners of the bumper, (bad judgement when driving ). The Smart repair dept repaired and repainted both perfectly in just over a day, loan car supplied for this period. Very impressed with service I received and cost was reasonable, full marks !!!
