Arrived much quicker than expected. Bespoke order. Driver helped move roof sheets around the back of the property, so a win win there.

Did not receive my order and you had no reference to my order on your system. This in turn caused a significant delay on my job which could have been disastrous.

Hi John,
We're very sorry to hear about your experience, and we sincerely apologise for the issues you encountered.
Unfortunately, there was a failure in our order processing, which meant your order wasn't correctly recorded on our system. We fully appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially knowing it caused a significant delay to your project and had the potential to create much bigger problems.
This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we've reviewed what happened internally to help prevent a similar issue from occurring again.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We genuinely value it, and we're sorry we let you down on this occasion. If there's anything further we can do to help, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team.

Quality box profile roofing but very expensive delivery
The box profile roof sheets I bought matched my rquirement. Good video guides for installation and helpful customer service. But very expensive delivery charges.

Cedral weatherboarding
Salesman was very helpful and when I realised I had some material surplus to requirement they were happy to take it back. Only gripe was the delivery man left the materials outside in the rain without making an effort to make contact when I'd left a note to say I was in the garden

Southern sheeting supplies brilliant!
Southern sheeting supplies had exactly what I needed to complete my job at a good price, in stock and available for collection which was what I required due to limited time scales, although the cost of delivery was very good for next time. On collection the two blokes who sorted me were brilliant very helpful, polite and into transporters and rock music great chatting to both of them. Highly recommend this company
