I have been consulting Southface Dermatology for many years. The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful. I have consulted Dr Helen Robertshaw mainly for sun damage and I have always been extremely satisfied with my treatment. I highly recommend Southface Dermatology.

You really couldn’t wish for a nicer, more caring team of people. From the moment you arrive and are greeted by the welcoming reception team you feel that you’re in good hands.

I’ve now had 5 appointments at Christchurch ranging from an initial consultation, biopsy and diagnosis to first and subsequent PDT treatments for a BCC on my nose.

So far I’ve seen Dr Luna, Dr Martin, Dr Robertshaw, Nurse Amanda and Nurse Nikki. All have been extremely kind, friendly, helpful and caring. Every appointment has been efficient and on-time.

My treatment is now complete and I’m looking forward to a successful outcome.

A truly high end dermatologists with exceptional staff. Dr Helen Robert-Shaw I cannot recommend enough! i go for annual mole reviews and I feel in such safe hands. As for tweak-ments - I think this has to be the best possible place to go - based on Dr Robert-Shaws being a walking advertisement.

My two annual reviews have been very useful and helpful. My surgery was carried out very quickly and the result was excellent.

I’ve had treatment at Southface a number of times now and have always had a good experience and great results.
My latest visit was for laser treatment with Nurse Amanda. Amanda is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My overall experience has been excellent.

Excellent, friendly service. I felt confident that I was in expert hands. The technology is very impressive, but you always need that human interaction, and that is what was provided.

Such a valuable service particularly because the current wait times for non urgent NHS Dermatology are more than 2.5yrs! I was able to get an appointment for my daughter to see a Consultant Dermatologist for a 30 minute within 2 weeks and for a very reasonable fee.
We saw Dr Alice Plant who was very thorough and addressed all of my daughters concerns kindly and carefully making sure everything was understood. She now has a clear treatment plan going forward and quick access to go back at any time should she require any prescription medication. It was also very nice to be given a list of the best and most appropriate topical creams that can be bought over the counter in most chemists.
