Lovely quality, great value, swift delivery

Everything went very well - very quick delivery and products were even better than expected.

Items arrived promptly and were in great condition, well presented just like in the Facebook page. No problems.

I ordered two personalised "two-drawer cheese boards" for my two eldest granddaughters. They arrived promptly and the personalised engraving really made them special. Jannie managed to sort out a query that I had and provided excellent customer service. When my granddaughters receive their boards this Christmas, I know that they both will be thrilled with what will become, a family heirloom. Many thanks to all involved. with this excellent product.

Bought 4 last year for christmas gifts and thought they were such a good quality and the recipients loved them. I bought another 2 for gifts this year. BOGOF is such a good offer. Ordering was easy and prompt delivery. Would recommend.

The two boards are really lovely. I bought one for myself and one for a gift …. the problem is which one do I keep. The quality of the workmanship is great, boards are not too heavy and the “implements” and bowls fit exactly as described making storage easy. A lovely product which I would recommend to anyone.

The board is very well made , a lovely colour of wood, and the additional dishes and cutlery are high quality. I bought two, one for us and another as a present and am very pleased with the product design and the many uses we have found.

I ordered 2 personalised cheeseboards. Process was easy and delivery as promised.
The items are good quality and in good packaging. I would order again if I need another one to gift.

These boards really are how they look on the website. Lovely solid wood with a beautiful finish, love all the added extras of the little draws and all that comes in them. Can’t wait to give these as Christmas gifts

Safety issues! My toddler tipped over the convertible learning tower while he was standing in it. One of the sides is really easy to tip. This happened very quick while the child was being supervised. The side that tipped is like that presumably so that it can be pushed against a bench, but it's very easy for the tower to be moved away from the bench. We were lucky that no serious injury was done but it could have been much worse.

We tried making contact with the company 9 days ago and are yet to hear back. Considering how much worse the injury could have been, this issue needs to be addressed immediately. The company needs to at least tell us what kind of safety tests were done. The "tip-proof" claim on the website is clearly wrong.

The design is good and works as intended. The workmanship is not worth the pricetag though. It arrived with two large dents that chip the paint and one of the screws for the blackboard doesnt screw in. It's something I would expect from a $30 amazon special.
Unfortunately it's not worth the effort to return it since the kids will trash it anyway.

I ordered two luxe boards and paid £90+ they are ok….. just ok! Stain does not appear to have been applied properly/neatly and areas have been missed or surfaces not smooth! These were supposed to be Christmas presents so I’m very disappointed as they look cheap! I have tried emailing So Wood but as yet have not had the courtesy of a reply….. Not a good first experience as they look lovely in the ads!

I made a two for one order early September. I hadn't heard anything so emailed asking what is happening with my order. They have one item in stock, but not the other. The other item isn't due in until November so they won't send the other item until then.
If they don't have items in stock, and not expecting them for a couple of months they should not take the order, or at the very least, send the one they do have.
Customers have a right to know when they are ordering that items will take two months to be delivered.

they changed design removing the shown bar across the front. their defence was as it to be pushed up against kitchrn bench its not needed, but unless your bench top is flush with the wall part this doesn't work, most benches have a lip which then leaves a gap so is a serious falling hazard. why they changed this design is beyond me. sadly unsafe

It has been 2 months since we placed out order and it has not arrived. Delays after delays.

Still have not got the leaning tower that was ordered in April. Lots of excuses that the product is coming.

I ordered an item from Sowood for my toddler in May with information that the item would arrive mid June. It’s now late June and I haven’t received a single update. I’ve emailed multiple times and reached out on social media but no reply, no response, and I still don’t have my item. I’m starting to think this isn’t a legitimate company and am really disappointed with the lack of customer service, despite their website saying that they monitor their inbox closely and reply within 1 day. I’ve now referred the matter to Consumer Affairs.

7 weeks after buying a product that was listed as ‘in stock’ I have still received nothing.

I emailed after no shipping update after 2 weeks and they replied to offer me a different product which I did not want. Another month passes I still have no updates, no communication and no refund.

Email sent 11/5 (7 weeks after purchase) to request refund and will be taking this to the ACCC and ombudsman of refund is not received in a timely manner.

SCAM of a company!
