I had the most amazing massage with Mai. The whole experience was wonderfully personalised including Buddha tea afterwards to hydrate and rebalance my body post massage. Beautiful wellness spa!

Highly Recommend Spa & Massage Chiswick

I recently visited them for an aromatherapy massage, and it was exactly the little escape I needed after a hectic week with the kids.

From the moment I arrived, I really liked the atmosphere. The reception is bright, open and welcoming, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Once inside the treatment room, the dimmed lighting and beautiful smell of the aromatherapy oils immediately helped me slow down and switch off.

What I appreciated most was that the therapist actually took the time to ask what I wanted to get from the massage and where I was holding the most tension, so she could focus the treatment around what my body needed rather than simply following a standard routine. I felt very well looked after throughout, deeply relaxed, and afterwards noticeably lighter and less tense.

One little suggestion that could make the experience even more personalised would be giving clients a choice of relaxing sounds or music beforehand. Music can make such a difference when you are trying to completely switch off.

I also really like the packages they offer, and bought one straight away. What makes it even better is that we can share it as a family, so my husband and teenage children has been enjoying the treatments too.

For me, it wasn't just a massage — it was a proper bit of me-time, a chance to stop, reset and feel looked after for a while. I will definitely be coming back.

Professional therapists, relax and clean environment, with reasonable price! I have joined for nearly a year, and I have been treated by several therapists - all of them are very nice and professional. Special shout out to Duncan who has physiotherapy background- his treatment techniques are exactly what I need to release my muscles pains (neck and back pain). He also shows me exercise that I can do at home to correct my posture - really beyond my expectations! Another therapist Aga is also amazing - she is very patient and tailor her treatment technique for my needs! I am really satisfied with this place and highly recommend it if you need either a relax massage or a treatment-type of massage.

When I first came across Spa Massage, I thought it might be another overhyped concept. How wrong I was.

I’ve travelled the world and had massages in many places, but this concept genuinely stands out—and the massages themselves are fantastic.

I now find myself recommending Spa Massage to friends and family. Even my son, a young academy footballer, is hooked, and my daughter, an actress, singer and street dancer, loves it too.

The Spa & Massage always have good therapists which makes it easy to book last minute. I always leave feeling so relaxed. They also have different locations, making it easy to do a massage anywhere you are. The staff is very kind and their tea is delicious.

I’ve been going to Spa and Massage in Richmond for about a year now and it’s such great experience. The setting is very peaceful and I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Janos is my usual therapist and he’s great. Each session he listens to what I want and tailors the session accordingly. On the rare occasion that I’ve had a different therapist (due to my schedule), they have been equally great. Also, I love how the process is digital - making appointments is so easy.

I have purchased a package here and it was my best investment in 2026!
After a hard work out, after a busy day at work or just to enjoy a day off, this is my place.

Price is reasonable and if you get a package it will be more cheaper and the good thing is your once you avail your package it’s never expire.

Such a wonderful place. So relaxing from the moment you walk in and politely greeted by staff members. They offer you water and tea before and after your massage which is a welcomed bonus.
The massage it’s self was just so relaxing with my therapist really making special effort to work on problem areas. I would highly recommend!
