Very bad service
I order a part for a Fisher&Paykel dishwasher from the website. I payed the part. Then it arrive a mail that the part is no longer available for that price and they will refund the price.
If i like I shout buy the part again with the new price. The refund comes (positive). So i order the part with the new price on the 30 march.
On the 4 April comes a mail with "you order is shipped" cool.
23 April i ask where it is? The 24 April comes an email with stock problems and that Sparesdirect refunding the order.
So now i wait for the money....good i payed with paybal.
In the meantime i ordered the part on an other shop. From order to delivery 3 days....

Slow Shipment
I ordered a part that their web site said was in stock around lunchtime on a Monday. I soon got an email saying "processing order".
Thursday I chased and was told it had not been shipped yet but would be today. I asked for it to be shipped first class given their delay but they said that would cost me more. I declined to pay more.
Conclusion: if I wanted a spare quickly I would go elsewhere.
Worst Service - 3 Weeks, no delivery Yet

Originally delivery had to take place in 3~5 days, believe they have gone to hibernation mode! complete rip-off. Stay away if you want the spares for sure in a timeframe.
Wouldn't issue refund for incorrect part
I ordered a part from them using the serial number and they sent a different part which they claimed was a direct replacement (despite it clearly not being the same part). They then asked me to return the part at my own expense and claimed I'd sent it to an address which was a year out of date (I got the address from their website). Despite promising me they'd investigate, I never heard anything back. Here is our email exchange:
I'm never going to get a refund of the money I gave you for the wrong part you sent me (18.85) and my postage in sending it back to you (5.20) am I?

The outer diameter of the pulley is the same but the inner diameter (the hole with the teeth) is larger on the replacement part.

Yes, it is a different part number, but it should be the same part - the number was changed at some point. The item should be suitable?
