Best Cleaner in London Avis 

Yassin and his team are amazing. No job is too big and the place is always immaculate when they are done.

We had been through a few cleaners and had to keep replacing them as my housemates are very particular! They love the job Yassin does.

I would recommend the firm to anyone.

Unfortunately we won't be using this company again and can't recommend them. Easy to get hold of initially and booked a convenient time with minimal fuss. Paying via PayPal is a good system.
I then had a call changing the appointment to the next morning. The next morning I had another call at the appointment time saying there was a problem and so could we go back to the original appointment (8.30am) the following day. That time came and went without anyone arriving. I called to find out what had happened (9.30) and then didn't get an explanation or a call back. I called again and after ringing 3 separate numbers got through to someone who apologised profusely and explained the time had been miscommunicated to the cleaner, but he was on his way. He would be there at about 1020, I was told.
He eventually arrived at around 1145. He did apologise for this.
To his credit the cleaner did a good thorough cleaning job. However he broke a number of small items, damaged several plants and made no effort to move things back to where they had been. Once he left I had to go around restoring order and picking up the pieces.
Obviously others have had a better experience but I'm afraid we will look elsewhere!

--- Update after I posted the above,
I had a call late Sunday evening from the manager of the business. In this call he did not apologise for the problems I mentioned above. He asked me to delete the review. I refused and explained why, after which he told me he would have to fire his cleaner as a result. (Which I said was unreasonable, and I'm very upset at the idea that a fair review might have lost someone a job).
As I said, the main problem was the disorganisation and lack of communication. I don't think calling your customers and asking them to delete reviews is appropriate.

Great cleaning. I got the owner himself, he was friendly, fast and efficient. He came on time and did a very good job. I definitely recommand yas-mut cleaning.

We had recenly just moved in back to London and wanted to have our new home well cleaned and sanitised right before us to move in there. We needed to schedule everything from a distance as we were based in Basildon, but everything went smooth. We were happy to move in to a clean home, without even being there while the cleaners had cleaned it,so it was good decision having to hire this cleaning company!

Fast but good quality. Even cleaned carpets on the spot. Fast to arrive.

Yassin is excellent at cleaning, provides impeccable customer service and is reliable. An example is that he showed up for a clean and then left without charging as we had too much of a mess with a bathroom being worked on and he didn't want to charge us for it. He's very flexible and has been pragmattic when trying to resolve issues that arise. He runs Yas-Mut as well and hopefully he is able to keep the same service level as he grows the business.

Yas-Mut has been servicing our flat for some time and the level of cleaning has been consistent from day one. We have two dogs and doggy order is not a problem. After each cleaning the flat looks especially clean and smells fresh. 5 stars!
