Special Moment Avis 

Ordered from this Company...a present for my sister and husbands 25th Anniversary. It was a framed mock gold record with favourite song and special date. So very Dissapointed.. dull...lacks lustre and very flimsy...almost rattled in frame. Won't be buying from this Company again. Gone in bin@ complete waste of money!!!

I would highly recommend Special Moment after receiving a superb customer service. I ordered an engraved compass for a colleague's retirement present. The sales team over the phone were able to manually enter the engraving details to ensure I could have the line breaks where I wanted them, and I was given enough time to alter the text if required, after receiving a confirmation email. Unfortunately the item was not dispatched it time to meet the expected delivery date but when I spoke to customer services and explained the urgency of the gift, they were very understanding and made arrangements to ensure the gift arrived with next day delivery.

I feel that with many companies, this could have gone horribly wrong and the gift wouldn't have arrived in time. However, Special Moment's customer service team made sure we had the gift, and it was perfectly customised.
