I ordered an dedicated server

I ordered an dedicated server, and after i install OS on it, it automatically Off after 5 mins.
and when i create a support ticket they are replying after 2 days.
and just tell "We will check your server and fix"
what the hell is this, and when i am asking for refund because of i loss my high paying client, they are telling they can't provide refund.
What is the scam ??

I suggest you don't use it.

There VPS is good only have one down…

There VPS is good only have one down time since i am using, but there support is very, very bad paid invoice on 27th november through there card, because of there manual payment system they still didnt update my invoice status and the invoice is still unpaid and service may be suspended automatically by there system, I am looking for some alternatives now, in case i have to move created more then 11 tickets till 1st dec but no response there as well, i hope they will improve there services so i will use it later again.

Terrible company and scammers

Terrible company, terrible support. Waited 2 days to deliver the server, no response on ticket and not even the server received in 2 days. No WhatsApp reply nothing. Pretty much scammers .

Support is very poor

Support is very poor. Average response time is two weeks. Can't get the server up for months.

After 2 weeks of downtime they server is still down. But they changed ticked priority to Low, they told that "huge delay" was due to my multiple reminders, they don't like my "tone" and haven't done any refund!

Not recommended.

1. Server doesn't ping for a month
2. They haven't fixed anyting
3. They haven't done any refund

So they are scammers and their support is garbage. This service works until the first issue. They don't care about customers. Your server may be down for an monthes and they will not fix it

I just started with this service and…

I just started with this service and ordered a dedicated server, price was really interesting.
Sad that I paid (throught Coinbase) and the invoice still shows up as unpaid!

I also opened a ticket and still got no response, so they just got mine 100$ buck and i got nothing..
I hope this will change

EDIT:
they have now answered and gave me even a free month, so let's see how it will go.

I have been using a Ryzen VPS from…

I have been using a Ryzen VPS from SpectraIP for almost a year. Except for an occasional outage due to DDOS, I have never had any problems. I have access to the vps control panel so I can manage everything myself, only needed the support once.
