I called them and was a skeptic at first but they put my mind at ease. They responded very quickly when I asked and gave me a lawyer that was very friendly and knowledgeable with my case!! I would recommend anyone to this service

Lies.
Was misled for nearly a month...during which time I could have taken a day off work & talked to an actual lawyer for much less than $450. Frank stayed in close contact (even responding to an email on a weekend once) until about 1 wk before the court date. I still had not heard from a lawyer, and he was still insisting that I would... It never happened. He didn't reply to my last two voice mails or emails. My VISA company is now trying to retrieve their money from STA, but have reimbursed me already. I ended up getting an actual lawyer to explain to me my ticket wasn't something fighting. Like the court system itself, all STA wants is your money. Going gambling with the $ is more intelligent than giving it away to these scam artists.

This review is inaccurate and was due to a misunderstanding. I tried my best to act in your best interest from start to finish. We resolved everything in your favor as well as a full refund the day you requested it. You assured me you would remove this review once you received the refund, despite the fact that you wrote above that it was issued immediately. "Average – acceptable experience but with some friction." is fitting on a level. Jon is knowledgable, amiable, and did his best to resolve my issues. It just took a little longer than I would have expected.

Excellent, honest service
My rep, Jon R was extremely professional and honest. although the pricing (set by attorney's in their network) made it not worth it $236 for a $236 ticket, vs others at $75-100, he did tell me honestly and frankly and about to do and that it made no sense for me to use this service. what more can you want that someone who is honest and upfront. thanks and 5 stars
