REally positive experience buying from Speedwell Newton Abbot. Will spent time understanding our needs and wishes and ensured that he provided a car that met them. I appreciated the time he spent on handover day to ensure that all the necessary paperwork was completed including helping me to complete the road tax. To top it all Speedwell provided me with a voucher for a free servicing later in the year which was a pleasant surprise. I would go back to them again in the future

We've just bought our Kia Niro hybrid, and it needed to go into the dealership (Exeter) to be checked. You go through the door and are greeted by two lovely ladies who do everything they can to help. The whole place is immaculate. I then went into the service department and spoke with Cary. She was absolutely brilliant, and later, I had to speak to the parts department. Yet again, another employee who could not do enough to help. I was thoroughly impressed by it all—and the free hot chocolate was lovely too. You could do with more parking space, but there being little means that people value your services and use you.

Once again a refreshing experience dealing with Kia. Due to sudden changes in my circumstances required a reliable vehicle with good customer aftersales service. Having been with Kia a few years ago at another branch there was no hesitation for considering Kia again. A big shout out to Karen for the coffees, Will for listening to our needs and being patient while we made a decision and lastly Dan in the service department whom we look forward to speaking with in a year!
