Fast and efficient service
It was very easy to book online, everyone I spoke to was friendly. My urgent documents were delivered on time. The whole process was fast and efficient and I would definitely use them again.

Great service
Great service - fast collection and delivered within the required timeframe. Would benefit from having more updates on estimated collection / delivery times etc, however I contacted a representative and they were extremely helpful and dealt with my queries very swiftly.

Wow what can I say - these folks did a stellar job for me today. I had to have a bottle of perfume - the last one in London - and they collected it and brought it out to Thatcham for a super reasonable price. Positive experience
Slight glitch with registering for the website but otherwise highly satisfactory.Excellent coms with Speedy and collection and drop off exactly as booked at a very reasonable price for a relatively long delivery.The driver texted me the night before to ask when would be best for me.Very refreshing as opposed to the usual 8 hour window!Many thanks and would definitely use again.

Great customer service
Great customer service. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the courier arrived to pick up 40 minutes after the booked time, which wasn't really an issue as it only needed to be picked up and delivered within 4 hours of pick up which it was

The urgent parcel was delivered efficiently as promised.
The down side was the remote fee of £40 because it was delivered to a village, a bit disappointing and unnecessary.
