Spinpals casino is a scam, I've put money into this casino with nothing in return while my wife who never paid anything got a $35 bonus of a free $1 daily and won $100 while I'm still being screwed. She even said it's not worth the money, I'm not paying any more money to these scammers. I will be filing fraud.

Negative 5 Stars, I mistakenly bought a 25$ coin package and wanted a refund or placed on sc, they said you make a mistake, no refund, no making right. Stephanie said she was the highest point to message back when I asked for a refund and have a good day and disconnected me. What a b..... this game I play all the time, well I'm closing my account looking for somewhere else understands my issue when I have one. DON'T PLAY THIS PLATFORM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!

I enjoy playing on Spinpals. The games are fun and there's so many to choose from. The redemption process has caused some frustrations, but after the first redemption it's pretty much instant, right into your bank account. Can't complain.

Okay from experience my first opinion was no but it’s a slow start but after months of losses and lots of money spent it finally paid off the down side is you can only get 500 at a time within 24 hours that really blows like why but other than that fun and has great bonuses don’t give up even if it’s been a year you’ll get that win it will be worth it

Do not give SpinPals your money. They are quick to take your cash via debit card instantly, but they have engineered a "technical wall" to prevent you from ever getting a payout.

I currently have over 100 SC that I cannot redeem because they have modified their Aeropay interface to remove the "Manual Bank Entry" button, which is standard for Aeropay. When you tell support that your bank isn’t on their "searchable list," they give you scripted lies. An agent named "Andrei" actually told me that major institutions like PayPal aren't supported by Aeropay—a flat-out lie that contradicts Aeropay’s own official documentation.

They refuse to provide conversation reference numbers and will keep you in a loop of copy-pasted responses to avoid paying out. I have recorded the entire interaction, including the fact that they can instantly charge my card but claim they "can't" find my bank for a redemption.

This is a predatory practice designed to make you give up on your winnings. Stay away from this crooked platform.

10 dollars was taken out of my account on 1/22/2026. I did not authorize it, nor when you look at the account history there is no transaction for this. Reached out to their customer service, and had all the screenshots. They said not our problem and just ignoredme. Horrible customer retention. They will just pull money out of your account

I signed up but most of the time, I can't play any games since it says I am not in a valid location. My state is valid for online casinos. I have never had this kind of problem at the many other ones I have signed up with. They will not even allow me to purchase the welcome gift coin packages. They ignore and cancel my purchases on a valid credit card. Account is verified, so no problem should be had. I assume this is good luck since I'd hate to see how screwed their redemption process is.

I purchased a coin package. It said 4.99 for 5.05 sweep coins and when i clicked on 5.00 i assumed it was the same. Only 1 cent difference. I never recieved the sweep coins. So i reached out to customer service. The agent said i would have got the 5.05 sweep coins if i had clicked the 4.99 but since I paid 1 cent extra I get gold coins only. The person was rude and didn't care. I asked for owners name and was refused. I have screenshots of the whole conversation. Do not trust Spinpals. The worst social casino in my opinion. If anyone knows the owners name or contact information I would grately appreciate it.
