This is the best online casino game I have played. I’ve have been playing online casinos for the past year and there is always some type of scam and I end up losing money. As of 02/09/26 I won $450 3 days ago using the same banking info u used when i won and I still haven’t received any funds. I contacted customer service and they said it would be today or tomorrow because Saturday and Sunday doesn’t count. So now I patiently wait

I have won big again and my other redemptions processed immediately but now that I won big again it’s taking days to receive my money which is really interesting. This means it will take months to actually receive all my winnings. Maybe they don’t actually have the money to pay everyone immediately which is not a good reason to own a casino. Please be aware when feeding your money into this casino. You will have to wait months just to get 5000 and they will only give you 500 at a time

I liked the site, but i don't like the fact that if you can't find your bank, you're out of luck. They won't pay you in Gift cards or nothing. In this day in age, ppl would rather play these games w prepaid cards.. Chime, cash app ect. Many other sites let you do that. Like Modo, Zula ect. I won some money that I can't get....so. I'm done with this casino.

This site is a scam. Played it for 6 months and I did make some smaller redemptions. However I hit 3200 all of the sudden it's pending approval. Only redemption that ever took 24 hours was my first one. After that pretty much instant. They told me 24-72 hours it's been more than 4 days. If I ask customer service they completely ignore me. If you want what you win spend your money someplace else.

casino was great until it was time to redeem. i was told that i could not use a prepaid cell # because it cannot receive OTP codes which is a blatant lie. all other verification process has passed along with identity. and i receive those types of codes daily. but I cant redeem my winnings because my phone is not a post paid line. and the phone number that i initially signed up with and trying to update is a literal virtual phone number from an app lmao
