Took multiple deposits to win but eventually won 8k on a slot. Well come to find out you can only redeem up to 500 every 5 days. Thats nearly 3 months to get all the money. This is a total joke and it is designed this way purposely. If you plan on betting anything over 1.00 on slots don’t bother with this site. There are many others with higer redemption limits

I’ve spent a considerable amount of time on SpinPals and, for a long time, it was honestly one of my top picks among the many sweepstakes platforms out there.

Early on, wins were fairly consistent. I’m not talking about tiny payouts either — I experienced multiple wins in the $500+ range. In fact, there were times I didn’t even bother cashing out because the games felt balanced and the wins seemed to come regularly enough.

But the longer I’ve played, the more that experience has changed.

Over time, meaningful wins have become extremely rare. One particular game that I used to play frequently simply doesn’t behave the way it once did on their platform. Anyone who spends real time on these games becomes familiar with how their volatility and rhythm feel. Lately, that pattern feels completely different.

Looking through my transaction history recently, I realized just how substantial the play volume actually is — dozens of purchases in short periods ranging from $5, $10, $25, and $30 deposits. With that level of activity, it’s hard to ignore that cashable sweepstakes wins have essentially disappeared.

Another odd experience: I began receiving unsolicited texts from someone identifying themselves as a “VIP host,” despite SMS notifications being disabled in my account preferences. I was offered free spins, which was appreciated — but interestingly enough, actual redeemable wins have been nonexistent since.

When I attempted to review my full account history, I discovered the dashboard only allows transaction viewing from 2026 forward. Support confirmed that thousands of pages of earlier transactions exist but are not currently accessible through the dashboard interface.

Maybe everything has a perfectly reasonable explanation. But when you’ve spent enough time on a platform, you start to notice when things feel different.

I've been trying to get my money since December (3 months ago), with no luck. I've "successfully redeemed my winnings" 5 times but I never receive the money. They have a third party named Aeropay that has cancelled my redemptions. Of course, nobody bothers to inform me. I wait weeks after each successful redemption even though Spin Pals says I may have to wait as long as 24 HOURS. It has been over a hundred DAYS and I'm still trying and trying. It's frustrating and I feel like I'm getting a runaround because they don't want to pay. I have used 3 separate banks on 3 different occasions. I'm told now my bank account is delinquent. Which one? I have no delinquent bank accounts. Aeropay says my account is now enabled. They have said that since January. They say Spin Pals is not updating my account with Aeropay to "enabled". I can't seem to make them do that. Why doesn't Aeropay take care of contacting their merchant (Spin Pals) again on my behalf? Why is it all up to me?
Usually, I receive no response whatsoever from support. They are a sham. I wonder if they are AI doing the support replies (on those very rare times when they deign to respond). I would gladly accept gift cards in payment, but Spin Pals is the only casino that I've encountered that does not offer that option. If I could give no stars or minus stars to this shady outfit I would do so. My recommendation is run far away from this one. Casinos like this one are the reason the lawmakers in Harrisburg will eventually shut the sweepstakes casinos industry down in Pennsylvania, like they did in California and various other states. That's a shame because the majority of casinos are legitimate. Some are quite friendly and above board (honest).
