App is Pure Trash!!! They are THIEVES!!
This app is trash I won 100 dollars and they won't let me redeem it. I linked my bank through their site and it says it worked fine but it dont save my account. They refer me to some aeropay company that I dont even do business with. Their site says I can redeem to a debt card but they do not offer that AT ALL. You can only redeem through aeropay and that site is trash. Their account linking doesn't work. So basically they take your money from a card, let you win and then make it virtually impossible to redeem your money and then send you to another company that you didnt even choose to do business with. I have screenshots of everything so use at your own risk. But I can guarantee you wont get paid if you win on this so called casino.. STEER CLEAR IF YOU CARE ABOUT GETTING YOUR WINNINGS.. they take your money from a debt card but dont let you redeem to a debt card. Pure theft is all it is. Good luck if you decide to play here but you might as well flush your money because they wont let you redeem it.

Spinpals is by the shittiest platform ever I hit for ove 4000 dollars n they have a 500 dollar redemption limitbwhich I am fine with but the problem is the fact that I redeemed $500 twice and then and then get told that I am under review because I decided to cash out on a Sunday which is considered not a business day which was fine but I have been waiting for over a week for $500 to hit my account I have yet to see anything customer support does nothing but spend me in circles and I do not appreciate it so yeah if I was you I would not play this platform in any way shape or form I tried to be calm and collected with them but they keep spinning me in circles and give me the same runaround as the next guy and I'm over it
