Spiritfilled Ltd Avis 

My late husband had invested in eight casks of whisky. When he became terminally ill and needing 24/7 care he requested early redemption of his investment. Unfortunately the "Specialist Whisky Cask Trader" with whom he had invested, was not prepared to release his money. When my husband died, Ross Archer of Spiritfilled came to my rescue. He offered to buy the casks. This put pressure on the unscrupulous trader who then offered to buy the casks himself. Although I had signed a contract with Spiritfilled, Ross magnanimously told me to accept their offer even though this meant a loss for him by cancelling the contract with me. Thanks to Ross's extremely generous and unselfish gesture I now have some recompense for my late husband's investment.

Everything was pretty easy.

We spent time getting to know and understanding what was on offer.

Ordered a bottle of Aberlour 13. It was delivered next day. Packaging was secure and the whisky was unbelievable! I shared with friends, one of which is a whisky lover and he said it's one of the best whiskies he's ever tried. Definitely warrants its 'top 6 in the world' award! Will most definitely be ordering from Spiritfilled again.

Having been a customer of Spiritfilled for approaching three years, the service received has been consistently excellent. I have met with most of the employees including the founders, Russell and Ross and also the English and Scottish based teams.
A shout out must go to Chris, Donald and Torrin for their excellent treatment of myself and a visiting delegation to their Braeside Bond Warehouse (which is a fantastic purpose built facility, where my purchased casks are housed in an exacting whisky climate controlled environment).
During the recent visit we were able to sample our own purchases and invited to partake in some wonderful hospitality in beautiful surroundings, where the local scenery, dining and additional whisky on offer was exceptional.
It is always easy to praise a company for a lovely experience, but with the passage of time and my ongoing experience with Spiritfilled I am of the opinion that they have got it right! Well done and thank you again and I shall continue to pass on the details of the consistently excellent experience I receive to friends and family where the interest in safe reliable whisky investment continues to grow.
