I found Splendid Spoon at the beginning of COVID in 2020 and have loved it ever since. I have dietary restrictions and needed more protein in my diet. Splendid Spoon provides exactly what I need and allows me to control what kinds of meals / smoothies I want and how little or as many I need for upcoming deliveries. I can also skip deliveries if I won’t be home or even pause my account and resume when I’m back. My deliveries come on time and are packaged extremely well. I only experienced one shipping issue and support took care of it right away. You cannot go wrong with Splendid Spoon. Every meal is deliciously seasoned, perfectly portioned, and you can even add a little fish or chicken if you want an extra kick of protein. The smoothies are delicious, filling, and perfect grab and go options on busy days. There are so many options, you never get bored with the plan.

I gave Splendid Spoon a try, but overall, I was disappointed. For the price, you're essentially getting frozen food, and it just doesn't feel worth it. The menu is quite limited—mainly rice bowls, noodles, soups, and smoothies.

To be fair, the soups were the highlight; they tasted fresh and were satisfying. Unfortunately, the rice and noodle meals were just average. Nothing really stood out in terms of flavor, and after a few days, the lack of variety really became noticeable. I eat the same foods pretty regularly, but even I found myself getting bored.

At this price point, I expected more creativity and better taste. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re specifically looking for convenience and don’t mind bland meals.

I’ve tried several different food delivery services, but this is my favorite for a fast, easy, healthy lunch. There’s a great variety of soups and I like them all. I should probably be eating more plant-based meals, but I feel good about eating plant-based for lunch most days and feel healthier since I’ve been using Splendid Spoon.

I have always been someone who hated smoothies but Splendid Spoon changed that. The smoothie recipes are delicious and there is a large variety of flavors so I never get bored. I really enjoy having them for breakfast and they hold me over until lunch time. They always come cold; never any issues with shipping in the roughly 5 years I’ve been getting them.

I am a HUGE fan of Splendid Spoon! I started buying soups from SS in 2017 and I was immediately addicted from my first Chana Potato Stew. I still love the soups, especially the Red Lentil Dal, but my favorites have become the Noodles. Even my daughter who is a meat eater loves them, especially the Meatballs Marinara. All of the noodle dishes are the perfect weekday lunch. I love the flavors, the portions, the calories, and the delivery, everything. You really can’t go wrong with anything from Splendid Spoon. I have never had a dish/soup/noodle that I did not like.

Easy site to navigate. Changes are easy. Food and smoothies are very good, healthy and not as high of a calorie count as my previous service.

While the product is excellent your delivery company is terrible and unreliable.

The food is delicious and I love all of the options. I appreciate that the meals have always arrived frozen without issue. My one complaint is that their logistics is not very good. I have only once received my order on the day it is supposed to deliver, every other order has arrived a day late.

I like the food. The quantity could be a little less. I found that I need to take the container out of freezer ahead of time so that it completely cooks. Customer service was above and beyond great. Nice to talk to and handled problem right away.

I supplement Splendid Spoon into my work-week lunch meal planning - it's healthy and dependable and I feel confident without having to think.

Love the soups! I've been ordering from Splendid Spoon for a couple of months. I enjoy all the soups. Tried a couple of meals but the soups are the star. Some of the shakes and smoothies are quite good too. I only wish there were more variety to the soups.

I've used Splendid Spoon for many years now. I've tried other services -- including much more expensive versions -- but I always come back to Splendid Spoon. The meals taste great and are healthy. They make it so easy to eat well during the work week. I exercise -- cardio and strength training -- at least 4 days per week. And the smoothies are a great pre- or post- workout snack. They have great, responsive customer service, too.

My orders have arrived still frozen and in good order. They're easy to put away in the freezer. Also easy to prepare. The items are well seasoned and offer good flavors with a variety of soups and other dishes. Being an onion/garlic lover I could use more of those flavors though I know others may not agree. The more veggies the better. And fruit not in smoothie form! The boxes and ice pack are easy to recycle. The convenience is appreciated!

I always look forward to enjoying one of my Splendid Spoon meals! I wish I could tell you, which one was my favorite, but I have several! I just recently tried the juice shots. If you haven’t tried them yet, I suggest put them in your cart. They’re delicious! The only thing I could ask for is tofu in some of the dishes because I love tofu.
