I’m very happy with the packaging, shipping timeliness, and the quality of the products. I’m feeling much healthier since I’ve started ordering from Splendid Spoon. Also, the website is very user friendly. Its super easy to update orders and change delivery dates.

I have used Splendid Spoon on and off for almost 5 years. The products are great for resetting and for general maintenance of my diet. I try to be mostly plant-based, and it’s wonderful to have a resource such as this as cooking plant-based meals is not my strength. I like most of the products, but miss some of the options from a few years ago!

I truly love Splendid Spoon. I needed a plant based diet for my chronically ill brother. I did extensive research (even creating a spreadsheet) and found their food and prices were the best deal for all that it entails. My brother lost 80-lbs so that is a big reason why I love Splendid Spoon. His energy overall is better, too! I never salt my brother's food and he never asks for it to be salted so that speaks volumes about the flavor! I even steal his meals sometimes to eat them myself! :-) Their Kale Pesto meal is to die for. I wish I could buy it in a jar!

The soups are my go-to items to order. Nice variety, flavorful, perfect size for a meal, healthy. The smoothies, pastas and dishes are also healthy and yummy.

This is my second time doing this cleanse. Finally a detox that allows you to eat real food! It’s delicious, sustainable and you feel amazing after! I lost a few pounds, feel less bloated but most of all feel clear headed. I would recommend this cleanse for anyone wanting to do a reset!

Splendid Spoon has it all: very tasty meals; good selection and price; recyclable packaging; easy account management. I have used other vegan food services before and this one is by far the best.

I really enjoy having health vegetable forward meals in the freezer for when I do not have the time or energy to cook. The noodles and soups are the perfect lunch to throw in my bag. It’s well prepared, tasty food that helps me stay on track. I also really appreciate that they fill the box from my favorites when I forget to select my own picks for the week.

The 5-day detox was great. The menu guide made the entire process really easy to follow along with, the fasting was easier than I thought (I've never fasted before), and the meals were really yummy and filling. It was *so nice* to not think about what to eat for 5 days, and as someone who is gluten-free and struggles with health issues, I didn't experience any stomach issues or joint pain during the detox 😭

I'm a long-time Spoon Crew member! The flavors are so complex and delicious, and I am able to add whichever condiments or meats that I choose. If anything goes wrong, the customer service is top notch and will accommodate your needs! To boot, you can always pause your membership temporarily and come back for more delicious Splendid Spoon! I have been purchasing from Splendid Spoon for the last four years. I enjoy the convenience and quality of their offerings. The smoothies and meals are healthful and delicious. I particularly enjoy the smoothies. I can grab one for breakfast and be out the door. It feels good to know I am starting my day with quality ingredients. Most days, I consume half a smoothie so the cost is reasonable. They are filling and tasty. I have found Splendid Spoon's customer service to be exceptional. I receive a reminder to edit or skip my upcoming delivery a few days in advance. One time, I missed the cutoff and they were still able to adjust the delivery to meet my needs. I am a happy customer!

Splendid Spoon makes high quality plant-based meals at an affordable price. They have a great selection of soups, noodle bowls, dishes, smoothies and wellness shots. I love that the menu isn't static - they rotate some things and add new options to keep it interesting. I have too many favorites to list! The frozen meals reheat beautifully on the stovetop or in the microwave. I love how easy Splendid Spoon makes it for me to eat healthy, delicious food!

I’ve been ordering from splendid spoon for at least six years. I’m a busy working Mom and I love knowing I have healthy and delicious meals, soups and smoothies at my fingertips!

I am a fan of their smoothies, and that's all I buy from them. They sell a coffee frappe smoothie that's so delicious that I have 1/2 of one every day with water and ice. It's a treat! I buy other smoothies from them to use as a liquid in my own breakfast smoothies.

Quick and easy way to add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. I typically drink a smoothie before work and then take a soup or noodle dish for lunch. Most of the meals are delicious and filling. The smoothies are my favorite. I love that they all incorporate wholesome plant-based ingredients. The major downside is the cost. I also wish they would bring back the option to rate and track your favorite dishes on the website. Customer service has been reasonable and good about refunding when food has been missing or spoiled.

The shakes are delicious and they arrive on a convenient schedule. The only downside is the packaging does not always keep them frozen.

Love the soups and noodles. Lots of veggies and very few additives

You did not honor my order to change to every other week orders. This is very important, as I trusted the company to follow my instructions.

Was told my box would be delivered on a certain date and not only was it not delivered, but never even shipped. Reached out to customer service by email (because they don't accept phone calls) and now I have no idea when i'll get it.

I just loved the whole idea of a 5 day program!
I wanted to purchase again ! I would like to see more programs like that. Everything was really good and I felt like a queen! Thank you so much for providing such wonderful ideas!!!!
