Splendour Sofas Avis 

Scam!! It has been more than 6 weeks since I ordered and paid for the sofa and I haven’t received it yet. I don’t even know if it will be delivered. They are not responding to emails, phone calls, whatsapp, instagram, etc. only email I received two days ago is that their systems were down but I see they have been replying to trustpilot comments these days so not really sure this is true.

Decent sofas and ok prices. I used a discount code and got a bit off which helps especially at this time. I think they could offer more styles as they look similar but my partner loves this particular model so good thing we found what we were looking for at the pricepoint we could afford.

No connection to given contact number
3 follow up emails sent from me to track my order with no response
Nearly £400 pounds spent on an ottoman with absolutely no contact/customer care
I’m fearing this is a scam company

What a frustrating and at times, worrying experience it has been dealing with Splendour sofas. I waited 14 weeks for my sofa to arrive, I thought I was dealing with a bogus company as I had to keep chasing them for information with many emails being ignored. Forget ringing them, they won’t answer.
At first glance, the sofa looks nice, apart from the fact that it is a completely different shade of green to the swatch I was sent. The legs fit terribly and some of them look completely wonky and I’ve had to buy furniture tacks to secure fabric underneath that was hanging down. I was assured I would get a partial refund and over two weeks later there is no sign of it and surprise, surprise all of my messages have been ignored. I’m amazed there is a sudden glut of glowing reviews. I found this company to be very unprofessional and would not recommend to anybody.

Waited ages and it was worth it. Needed a new sofa as part of a renovation and it came at the right time and looked exactly as i wanted it to.

Never bought a sofa online without sitting on it but received my sofa, chair and ottoman and couldn't be happier.

The velvet is so soft to touch and the colour is really vibrant. Everyone keeps asking me where i got it from. Happy with my order from splendour sofas.

Positive experience overall. 5 stars for the product as it is really good.

Update: following this review the owner did contact me and the sofas have been delivered. Im am happy with the sofas but customer communication was suboptimal

We had ordered a sofa from this company before and were so happy, Not sure what has now happened there is no customer service or reply and of course no sofas.
We ordered 2 months ago.
It is very disappointing. Do not use this company

I have not received any update on my order. Its almost 4 weeks now, while delivery time was 3-4 weeks.
I called several times on the number given on the website but there is an auto voice message directing us to write an email to delivery team. I did email twice but no response.
I needed these items urgently as I am recovering from the operation and need to have some relax space.
But seems this is a fake company. I am very disappointed. I think I should contact my bank.
I will not recommend this company.

Horrendous customer service, multiple delivery times missed with no communication, can call as don’t answer phone, lied to over chat saying out for delivery when it wasn’t, don’t use this company

Sofa is really nice and I am super happy with it. Took a few days longer to arrive but once it did I’m very pleased with it

I would avoid this company. We’ve paid our money months ago and no delivery. They are uncontactable and hide behind a ghost registered address, recorded answer phone and chat that was once answered by the Director who appears based in Latvia. Avoid, avoid, avoid very scammy!

Just had delivery of my orange corner group. Absolutely love love love it!!! Fantastic quality and price.
