I have only been using them for just over a week. Have not had leg cramps at all. However, still waking up at 2:30 or 3:00 to use the bathroom. Hoping that will change with time.

I had a very negative reaction to this product; gastrointestinal distress (after taking two gummies and the second night taking one and a half). I also had an increase in muscle cramps and contractures of my legs which kept me up in the night. As a nurse, I researched this reaction and it appears that either the higher dose of 400 mgs or possibily the quality of the product was lacking, it prompted a gut reaction that prompted an electrolyte imbalance. When I wrote to the company, they agreed to reimburse me for the product, but would not provide a prepaid postage sticker for the five bags that remained, which I found to be speculative, considering the negative reaction I experienced. As the owner of a business myself, I did not find this to be the best customer service situation.
Addendum: (4/24/2026) I changed my rating from one star to three stars for two reasons: 1. I believe it’s important for consumers to consider if taking a high dose, high absorption Magnesium glycinate gummy in one dose before bedtime if you have taken them in divided doses with food in the past and to consider your body composition, ie, I am a 5’ 97 pound woman. This personally did not agree with me BUT everyone is different. 2. The company reached out to me several times, and it was when a manger got involved that they reviewed their reimbursement of both the product and waivered the postage for disposing the leftover product. In that way I commend their customer service.

I still have trouble sleeping, but after about two weeks of using gummies, I slept better and deeper. I have even started dreaming again.

I have been taking for 6 weeks now and they are working. I get 6 hours of sleep! Just waiting to see if my system will get used to them and not work as well. Years ago melatonin worked great for me, today it doesn’t! Thank you. Just ordered 3 more!

Helps me fall asleep faster. I still don’t sleep more than 3-4 hours but it definitely helped

So far so good! I’ve only been using g them for about a week and they seem to work great. I had been taking another form of magnesium in tablet form but it didn’t always work reliably. These are super easy to take and taste good too.

It was not advertised but one day my inflammation was gone after I had a bad night with restless legs and took 5 gummies to calm my nerves. So I wondered if 4 gummies would produce the same result. I tried 3 gummies but that didn't work.

Sleeping better at night. Need help with falling asleep faster. Any suggestions.

The next email said I have resend my details SCAM I feel. I didn't do that
HOORAY HOORAY the items arrived today 23 April (2.4 weeks). It had been repackaged with an Australian Address.
The original email confirmation did drop the link and it was only that which worried me.

In the beginning, your gummy‘s worked very well. I have been continuing them for approximately six weeks and they seem to be losing their efficacy. I wake up in the early morning about 3 AM and cannot get back to sleep. I am very frustrated with this. I will continue to use them to see if longer. Usage will help with efficacy.

I've had a sleep disorder for 7 years and Magnesium Bisglycinate Gummies allow for a full night sleep. Nothing else worked including prescription sleeping tablets. I'm cautiously delighted.

So I’ve been asked to review these magnesium gummies . They certainly didn’t instantly transform my sleep but it does state it’s a cumulative effect which hasn’t happened for me yet. I also ordered Magnesium Lotion to rub on legs and feet which I think has helped with restless legs. The products do appear to be good quality and were of an okay price , average for magnesium products .

I did fall asleep with the two gummies. Unfortunately, I still woke up halfway through the night, at 3 am. My mind is always racing when I wake up, and between your gummies, which worked well to get me to sleep, and my THC gummies after that, at 3 am, I can get a night's good sleep. I appreciate your product!

Definitely a real help, i sleep better now than I have in a long time. Not perfect and I don’t sleep through the night, still not there yet but my sleep quality is better.
