Express delivery not worth paying for, it doesn't happen.
Was a gift for my sons birthday he specifically asked for. Ordered in enough time and paid for express delivery. Card never arrived for his birthday. Ordered on 22nd August, dispatched on 27th August and arrived on 1st September. Really disappointed by this. All day my son asked if there were any more presents coming, he wanted this to show his cousins and friends and I was let down which in turn means he was let down. No parent wants to feel that way on their kids birthday.

I’m really sorry to hear how disappointed you felt, especially as this was for your son’s birthday. I completely understand how important it was for him to have his gift on time.
I do just want to clarify a couple of points. We don’t offer an express delivery option – the usual turnaround for cards being made is up to 5 working days. Your card was actually made in just 2 days and dispatched on time with the correct 48-hour postage. It was accepted by the Post Office on Wednesday, which meant it should have arrived with you by Friday or Saturday, well in time for the birthday. Unfortunately, the delay happened while the item was with the courier, which is sadly outside of my control.
I take a lot of care to get every order out quickly and on schedule, and I’m sorry that on this occasion the delivery service let us both down. I really do appreciate your feedback, and I’ll continue working with our courier to ensure these kinds of delays are avoided wherever possible.

Nephews 9th birthday gift
Bought for my Nephews 9th birthday, he opened this in front of the family and his little face beamed, specidlfically as he collects the cars and i had fortunately picked the correct "backing" as its rare. Awesome Football Card - wow factor!
The football rating card I had made for my nephew’s 8th birthday was a total hit. I was wowed when I opened the envelope and he was even more wowed when he opened it in front of his friends at his football themed birthday party! Thank you!

Very disappointing I order this for my…
Very disappointing I order this for my son the last five years and he loves getting it in his stocking at Xmas. However after ordering in time i didn’t get until well after Xmas. No acknowledgment or apology. Won’t be using again

Hi Paul. Firstly I'm sorry to see that your order didn't arrive with you in time for Christmas. I can see your order was placed on 8th December, which was in time for our Christmas cut off dates, and it was dispatched on 13th December. Our Christmas cut off dates are all determined by the communicated dates from the delivery companies - in your case, this was Royal Mail and their last postage date for Christmas with the service used for your delivery to Ireland was 16th December which means yours should have arrived with you well in time.
Having looked at the tracking information, it looks like there was a delay within the Royal Mail network which has meant it arrived with you late. I wholly apologise for this and will raise this with Royal Mail to find out why it happened. Unfortunately, we have to rely on delivery companies to deliver the items for us and they do experience delays at peak times which impacts the perceived service of our company so I will be sure to follow it up.
Didn’t arrive on time for Christmas, final review pending
Review edited. It seems fault is with the courier rather than the company itself. Will update review again once the product is received. Very quick response from customer service which is appreciated.
I ordered this in plenty time for Christmas as my little boy put it on his letter to Santa. It’s Christmas Eve and there’s no sign of it. I’m trying to explain to my little boy that Santas camera broke so not to be disappointed if it arrives a little late. Dreading his little face in the morning.

Hello Mairead. Firstly, I'm sorry to see your order has not arrived with you yet. I would have been hopeful for some contact so we could look in to this for you before leaving a negative review as up until now we have not been aware of an issue.
I can see you placed 2 orders with us a few days apart - both of these were dispatched by us within our SLA and within Royal Mail's postage cut off times for delivery to Ireland so it is disappointing for us also to see these haven't arrived with you and can understand the frustration and upset this will cause your little ones this Christmas. I apologise on behalf of the delivery company for their failure to uphold their service commitments and I will contact them for clarification on what the issue has been.

Medium Sized Football Player Stat Cards
I've ordered a couple of the medium sized football player stat cards now and they've both been really good quality and the photo editing has been flawless.
I would definitely recommend. My 9 year old sun loves both his. They take pride of place on his bedroom wall.

Absolutely fantastic
Ordered and received within a week. Website is nice and easy to use, upload your pictures, they will then be cropped to suit. Card itself is fantastic nice thick material, excellent quality.
