Great product and service, my 6 year old loved his football card, would definitely use again.

I smiled
Just received my product through the post. My son is coming up 10 year old and wanted a football stats card. As soon as I open the packaging I smiled. I know he’s going to love it!! Fantastic quality , great price and fast delivery. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you!.

Great online shopping experience. There was a problem with the photo I sent (my fault). I had an email advising of this and I was able to rectify it. I was so grateful they didn't just go ahead and blame quality on what I sent. Finished product is amazing. Fast turn around.

I have had a look in to this for you and have also emailed the details to you but for transparency on this review for other customers, I am including a summary below.
At the point you ordered, there was a message on our website via a pop up, and on the delivery timescales FAQ, and in the delivery method you selected as well as in your confirmation email to explain that we are closed for a family holiday and will resume making orders again from 14th August. The email enquiry you sent to us was sent as a reply to your order confirmation which has this closure and timescale information in it.
As your order was placed after out cut off date for our closure period it will be delivered within 6 working days of our reopening, as detailed in the messaging.
If this means you would rather cancel your order please let me know and I can do that for you.
I should also add, even if we weren't closed, your expectations were innaccurate. You placed your order on 7th August and standard timescales using your delivery method when we are not closed is 6 working days, which is delivery on 15th. You left your review on 12th.
We have been very clear in 4 different locations about our timescales over this period so I do feel your review is unjust and portrays an innaccurate view of our service and the expecations you should have had when placing your order. Product is fab
Product is fab, my son is going to absolutely love it when he opens his presents on Friday! The extra effort put in to photoshop the photo of him so he is neatly surrounded by the background and the personalised options are fab. Delivery was quick and packaging was okay.

I will definitely use Sportify again
I will definitely use Sportify again. From completing the very simple to use, online ordering form to receiving the beautiful, very good quality, end product, everything was very smooth and very professional. I needed advice about the design (I'm not a footballer) which was readily and speedily given. Definitely the personal touch with excellent customer service. I'm delighted with the whole, efficient and speedy process and my grandson is so happy with it. Delivery was quick and the card was sent in a strong cardboard enclosure. I can't recommend Sportify highly enough.

Following this review, I have looked in to your delivery status and can see it is in Riyadh since Tuesday so I expect it to be with you soon. It should be noted that our delivery timescales and expecations that are communicated on our website and in your confirmation/dispatch emails are 5-10 working days and that 10th working day is tomorrow so your order is not late.
